A#1 Abatement responded quickly to my service request, conducted a fast but thorough inspection of the asbestos requiring removal and provided me a very reasonable estimate for the job. The customer service was very engaging, informative and professional. They took time to answer all of my questions concerning the abatement process prior to scheduling the job. The team that arrived to remove the asbestos was polite, professional, very efficient and reviewed the areas that were treated with me once the job was completed. They made sure that I was pleased with the work and went out of their way to cleanup and restore my lawn damaged during the job. The project was completed without delay. Norman was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. #1 his prices are reasonable and affordable. #2 he is a pro and will explain everything to you. I had a ton of questions about the complex lead inspection process and necessary procedures and Norman answered all of them patiently and thoroughly.
