The crew were all very polite, removed their shoes before entering the house and worked steadily the four hours. Everything is now very clean. I paid extra to have the range hood cleaned and am so glad I did. I will have her come once a month for maintenance. The crew arrived within the time range that she gave me and the estimate was right on. I would definitely recommend her.

Melida was very prompt at returning calls and emails. When she first arrived at our house, Melida asked me to point out specific areas that needed to be addressed. She and her partner did that, and beyond. They cleaned everything you can think of (i.e., the spaces above the kitchen cabinets and the grease under the vent hood). I will definitely use Melida again!

I was very pleased with the service I received. Through no fault of their own, they were somewhat later than planned, but they still worked very hard for the full allotted time (even a bit longer). They checked to see if I had any special concerns or requests. My bathrooms and kitchen now sparkle. My wood furniture never looked shinier. I will definitely be using Jeannie's Magic Cleaning Service again.

First of all, not only were they very nice and intelligent people but they both worked very, very hard to be sure that the house was left to my specifications. Jose called me within three hours of my call to him inquiring about what my needs for services were and made an appt to visit and give me a cost estimate. The job was a big one given that the house needed some deep cleaning due to construction dust that was in all the rooms because of a bathroom remodel. Jose and Patty arrived in the late afternoon, ate in their car but then entered the house and got to work. Jose stayed in the kitchen washing and scrubbing the stove, countertops, cabinets, island, appliances and lighting structures. Windows had been washed the day before but he made sure to keep them splatter free. His work was meticulous and thorough in the kitchen. He dusted, shined up our appliances and countertops and paid attention to the details. Patty in the meantime went wall to wall in the dining room and living room, dusting and cleaning furniture, baseboards, my chandelier, window sills, etc. She took time to dust all of our chachis and return them to place looking shiny and bright. She vacuumed the rugs, and did the basic clean ups of the three bathrooms which Jose then took over to continue the deeper cleaning. Both worked long and hard and I was very happy with how the house looked when they were finished. They came at 4:00-and left close to 9 pm but it was well worth my money to hire a service like Amazing Clearn World and I would gladly welcome them back to help me in my home.

I had a squeaking sound coming from my 2001 Nissan Xterra. I brought it into Japanese Beetle and got prompt service. I thought it was a belt under the hood and gave him an easy sale replacing one of those and claiming that was the problem. They listened to me but did their own inspection (no cost). What they discovered was a crack in the exhaust manifold that was creating the squeaking sound. I was first of all surprised they corrected me about the belt because it was an easy thing for them to replace anyway. But I appreciated their honesty. They had the manifold replaced that same day and the car runs great. I was disappointed to spend more fixing the car than I had planned but that's the fault of a 12-year-old car. When I went to pick it up, the guy even showed me the old manifold with the crack. That's way cheaper/more honest/better service than I've every gotten at a dealership. I take both our cars there now for all regular maintenance and fixes.

We are rather particular about our home and the many things we have collected in our travels, and for some strange reason no one has cleaned around these treasures and put them back in the exact same spot. But Connie does! She is attentive to instructions and carries them out precisely. I didn?t realize our stove hood filters needed replace. But Connie did! After the diligent initial base cleaning that took many hours, Connie now comes bi-weekly and cleans it all in two hours. And as a plus we find her price to be very reasonable; a fixed hourly rate no matter how many people are on her cleaning team. We cannot wait for spring and a heavy cleaning that will probably take all day. But Connie and her team can handle it! As a huge bonus to us, Connie is quite a warm, caring and sincere person, and she humbly offer her opinion to make things better!

Each cleaning team was very nice. They gave a large window for their arrival time, and were not always within that window. It took 2-3 hours to clean my house, roughly 2400 sq ft., with 2 cleaners. The initial clean was quite good. They were able to do a great job on my range and hood, and the hard water stains in my bathrooms were gone. I used this company for about 4 months. I have two small children, so the lack of attention they give to floors was very apparent. My childrens' feet were always dirty, even immediately after a clean. The teams always left when the floors were still wet, and multiple times upon drying it was obviously still dirty. They do a 'damp mop' which I felt was a joke. They take a spray bottle and spray your floor, and then a towel on a swiffer like stick is their mop. It left a lot to be desired, and was ultimately the reason I disconitnued my service.

I was most impressed that they got the tub sparkling white again. The porcelain finish has been worn down over time and the tub stains easily; it is impossible for me to get it clean but they did! I was worried that I would have to reglaze the tub at additional expense. They gave the floors a good scrub and the windows now are almost invisible they are so clean. Great job!

Jose's company was highly rated, so I had high expectations, but I was still awed by the superb job they did on my move-out cleaning. I had originally planned to do the cleaning myself, but I fell behind in packing and didn't think I would have time to do what was required, so I hired Serrano Cleaning Services. I made an appointment with Jose for an estimate. We did a walk through and I pointed out the areas that my lease required for move-out cleaning: oven, refrigerator, walls, etc., as well as areas that would take extra time, like the bathrooms and the hood over the stove. Jose made an estimate and we set a date for the day after I'd have all the furniture and belongings moved out. On the day of my move, I discovered a lot of extra dirt and cleaning that would have to be done, particularly in the master bedroom. Jose is very responsive to email, so I sent him an email warning that the master might take extra time and to add on whatever additional cost was necessary to the estimate. I checked in with Jose's team once the cleaning was started. They weren't done yet, but I was amazed at how much better the place looked already. It practically sparkled. Jose assured me that the master bedroom would be fine, not to worry about it. Sure enough, when the cleaning was done, the master, the baths, the kitchen, everything was spotless. Jose pointed out all the things they had cleaned that I forgot to ask for: pulling out the fridge and cleaning behind and under it, the grills on the furnace and fridge vents, baseboards, window sills, etc., etc. The final payment was just a little over the original estimate, less than I expected given the state of the master bedroom. I highly recommend Serrano Cleaning Services and would use again. Don't worry if you have no carpets, Jose's company is extremely good at doing move-out cleanings when no carpet cleaning is involved.
