Took a little time to coordinatee on the date for service. Very satisfied with the actual services. Arrived quite punctually and completed per agreement. Was responsive to requests for additional services.

Only the master bedroom carpet was actually cleaned inside the house. The rest of rugs & loose carpet were cleaned in & outside the garage area on a tarp & plastic drop sheets. Gustavo & crew did an excellent job cleaning & arranging the rugs & carpet. It was a huge challenge to arrange all carpets & rugs in the garage area to clean & dry efficiently. They were extremely patient, got everything cleaned. I would highly recommend them for a carpet cleaning job.

I was extremely pleased with the service. The two women you sent did a fabulous job. Not only did they do an excellent job in the living space but they worked very hard cleaning the basement which was filled with boxes, paint cans, and miscellaneous junk and left no floor space which I thought was impossible to organize. But they found a place for everything and even lots left floor space. When they were done everything was spotless. My thanks to them.

Due to toilet problem our entire family are forced to use toilet in a small dusty room near garage that haven’t been used for years. Thanks to Dalia’s quick response to come cleaning for us next morning really solve our problem.

The appt. was for 2pm on President's Day but I was running late and they rescheduled me at the last minute for an hour later; no complaints. A representative who spoke great English came first to do the initial estimate (very reasonable) and get all the detailed information on what I wanted. He translated to his crew and once all the communication was taken care of, he left the crew to work. It took them a total of 4.5 hours to complete the job and they worked diligently the entire time. They were courteous to me and to the neighbors. The stairs were well scrubbed and washed down. The garage was equally well cleaned including a water and ammonia wash on the floors. The were careful to build a dam around the corner of the garage where I had furniture. I am elated with the job they did. When I walked into my garage this morning, I beamed! I even invited friends over to see it! Total: $180. Will definitely repeat business.

If I could give them an A+ I would! They went above and beyond what I had expected. My garage has been transformed from a grime-filled, musty room into what will now be a pleasant work-out space. I didn't think the floors could ever get that clean! I had originally planned on just getting the floors and ceiling of the garage clean, but Mara's husband (I am sorry I don't remember his name!) had several suggestions for other things he could clean (for example, the shelves, which were filthy), and added those at no extra charge. They cleaned underneath things (lifting my washing machine and dryer to get underneath them) and made sure everything was spotless. I highly recommend them for cleaning services. A great pleasure to work with.

Atticare was professional and pretty much consistent throughout our relationship with them. Upon our first call to them, the call went to voicemail, and they called back immediately. They scheduled a free inspection, and quoted us a price below their minimum, because we had such a small space to handle. The price was very reasonable based on our conversations with other vendors for what we'd be getting. We truly appreciated this as another service that had been recommended to us and who had come to give us a bid charged $75 just for the inspection, gave us only a verbal report, and quoted us an exorbitant price that would have required us to go into debt. Atticare could also handle all of the different things we needed to have done and all in one visit, which was not the case with other vendors we contacted, who said we would need to contact different vendors they recommended for different services and coordinate all of those services ourselves. Another thing we liked about Atticare was that we were able to schedule the inspection for a Sunday, so we didn't have to take time off of work to be home for the inspection. We received a confirmation call the day before. The inspector arrived promptly, was friendly and professional. He investigated our garage, which is where we needed to have work done, and then offered to inspect our house, too, explaining it was free and it would be good be sure rodents hadn't moved inside. During that inspection, he gave us free advice about our insulation but didn't pressure us to give Atticare work. It was very helpful, and we felt, above and beyond. We scheduled to have Atticare work on our garage the following Saturday. We gave a very reasonable deposit on the spot. Atticare called later in the week and apologized and said they had to reschedule. We were a little disappointed, because we wanted to get the work done, but it wasn't a big deal. They were able to come the following Sunday, which again we appreciated not having to take off time from work for this job, and the delay gave us extra time to prepare. We again received a confirmation call the day before the work was to be done, and we were told that we would receive a call half an hour before the team would arrive, and they would arrive within a two-hour window. We didn't receive a call within that two-hour window, so we called the main office (which was open on a Sunday!), where they checked on it and and called us back to say the team would be there in half an hour. It was more like an hour before they showed up. That said, the team was efficient and ready to do work. We were happy with the results. When we inspected directly after they did the work, we found things that had not been done thoroughly, and when we brought it up with the team lead, there were no questions about it. He had the team go back and do the work. When the inspector had come a couple of weeks before, he had said that the team would help disinfect items we wanted to keep, and while again we had to remind the team of this, they were friendly and accommodating in helping us with that work. It was a big, intense job, and they were a big help. They did what they said they'd do (though they forgot a couple of things, easily an oversight) and overall their work was quality. And they left extra supplies with us. We were able to pay with a credit card electronically on the spot - no need to call an office or send a check. Also, the inspector had told us that they could give us rat traps as a precaution. The team leader didn't have any in his van, so he promised to drop them by later that evening. He did. It had been a long day, and it was dark when he came by, but he kept his word, and we really appreciated that. Atticare wasn't perfect, but all things that were different as promised were minor, and they fixed them. They were all about service and convenience. We had a very good experience with them.

There has been so many different jobs she and her team have done over the years, where to start???? She helped us move which entailed packing, unpacking as well as organizing our new home. She purchased and installed closet systems as well as shelving units in our garage. Also, as I mention her team currently cleans for us.

She hire people to do the work, anyway they were really good. It was a couple and I used the husband to do some garden work for me also, I've used that particular couple. I really like Angie's List and I'm going to stay with them. They did a few extra things to us, which is really nice. In these days, you really watch who you let in your house specially in my area. They were very honest, very straight forward, very pleasant, they did a very good job. They live in my area so when I need to use them again they're not that far so I don't have to worry about getting gas cost or travel cost. And they did a really good job of what I hired them to do which was cleaning the garage, also putting things away in order, he had some good ideas of putting things away.

I had a total of 8 people, including Graciela. Every person was dedicated 100% to the job at hand. All were totally respectful and professional. I had 40 years of junk and even mice droppings. No one acted disgusted-- except me because I was embarrassed! They also do scheduled home cleaning, and that is next.

Three people showed up to clean the home. One was the window cleaner and the others were the house cleaners. My wife and I are not the neatest people, and after five years in the home, the house was quite a mess. White Glove did a terrific job on the home. They focused on little details that I never would have thought of, and they even cleaned the utility sink in the garage. When they left, I think the house was cleaner than when we moved in. If I was still living in the area, I would use them again.

I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the cleaning and window washing that was performed. The crew was able to complete the job in less time than I expected, and they even cleaned parts of our garage! The staff was very friendly and even walked us through the entire home following the cleaning to ensure we were satisfied with the work. The crew was an hour late, but the quality of their work more than compensated for this slight mix up. I will definitely use them again.

I have previously used Elizabeth's Cleaning service and I rated her very highly in this area and continue to do so. But having her do the organizing at my home gave me much more insight to her and her company as I had an opportunity to spend time with Elizabeth herself. She educated me on the need for using green products whenever possible in our home. When organizing, she listened to all my needs and made many very helpful suggestions. After we talked about the suggestions and decided what best suited my needs, she took care of purchasing the necessary items such as garage cabinets and containers for storing items and she installed everything. She completed the job in a timely manner with very little impact on our daily life. I highly recommend her services.

Josephine's Janitorial Service is a professionally run company that you can trust. After providing me a quote and availability, Josephine sent Elizabeth the very next day. She was on time and immediately started packing my crystal and china. She was very careful and conscientious with handling the fragile items that were packed. We also worked together packing up other items in the garage, labeled and stacked the boxes for the movers that arrived the next morning. I will use their services again, and highly recommend this Company to anyone in need of some extra help around the house.

They did a great job. It turned out to be a bigger job than I anticipated, but the house was spotless when they were done. They ended up billing for 13 hours of work. They weren't the cheapest service available, but they made up for it with careful attention to detail. Making an appointment was easy and the cleaners were right on time.
