Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act

President Biden signed the bipartisan $1.2 trillion Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act into law on Nov. 15, 2021. The bill was approved by House on Nov. 5 and in the Senate in August 2021.

American Rescue Plan Resources

The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) provides states $1.9 trillion in funding, program changes and tax policies aimed at mitigating the effects of the pandemic. NCSL will continue to develop resources to assist states as they implement the ARPA programs.
