Pros: We even had the president of the Company help us with some of our questions and he provided some excellent solutions to our challenges. The 1CRM team has hep us at each stage of our development and have offered some great strategies for collecting and disseminating our contact information.
Cons: The software was a little difficult to completely understand at first as it was so powerful. So we broke it down into manageable bites and the 1CRM team helped us through this process. We were naïve about CRM software so we had a steep learning curve at first. With the Teams and video tutorial help, we got through this learning curve easily.
Overall: A very positive experience from start to finish. There were staff ready to answer our questions on a timely basis and we had our CRM system up and running in no time.

Pros: Ability to adapt to suit our needs, the system is very fluid and easy to navigate. We also very much appreciate the excellent customer support offered for this. We use it daily and intend on continuing to do so for the foreseeable future.
Cons: We tried to set-up the internally-hosted version of this CRM but it proved way more complicated for my skillset. That being said, any company with an IT guy or techy-type could likely figure it out.
Overall: We were a pain-in-the-butt customer, but 1CRM was very responsive, patient and helpful. The system is very easy to customize which was a main selling point. We also hope to grow our company with the CRM by using some of the available integrations like QuickBooks and Lead Guerilla.

Pros: 1CRM is very easy to use. It's nice that when you create a Sales Order you can easily refer to the associated quote, purchase order, shipping, invoice.
When creating a quote you can make "groups" of products.Cons: It would be nice if you could easily see how many of a particular part has been sold and to whom. It would also be nice if the system would let me know when I create a Sales Order, if i don't have the part in stock, tell me that i need to order them.
Overall: Overall this system pretty much does what we need and is very easy to use. I have evaluated dozens of programs and this is the best I have found for our purpose.

Pros: I am not software savvy and I am able to make my own module modifications and PDFs! We are still getting use to it, but the onboarding in easy. Really love the fact that we can keep all our information in house rather than the cloud. Also love the fact that we can still buy the software outright. I have tried many CRMs and I always end up finding an issue with additional add-on at additional costs, etc. This is has everything from the get go and you can control your costs! What is not to like about that when every dollar counts! Thank you 1CRM for providing choice!
Cons: Enterprise edition needs better manuals for the designer module. I am trying to modify a few items that I don't understand the consequence, which gets me nervous. If you have the other plans, this is not an issue as designer module is only with enterprise.
Overall: I have reviewed so many CRMs and 1CRM is the diamond in the rough, no really. We are still learning, but no one finds it particularly daunting and we finally have a professional setup without all the worries of cost overruns by consultants "tweaking" the system for our "specific" needs (raises costs far beyond what you had budgeted for). Support is good!

Pros: 1CRM is good enough that I now handle my personal life as well as consulting on the same package.
Cross referencing emails to sender/business/project/invoice makes tracking simple.
Following prospect from initial contact through to finalisation is automatic.
Able to track multi projects (current, closed and lost).Cons: Awkward when using multi currencies at same time, i.e. buy in US$, sell in AU$, but can be worked around.
Otherwise, can't find anything to whinge about.Overall: User of 1CRM/Info@Hand for 10 years. Very happy. Use it for business and personal life.

Pros: The team is exceptional and always available to support client needs.
The features are endless in terms of integrations and automation.
In a large regard this system has helped us avoid additional headcount as it can automate vital business processes.Cons: It isn't necessarily a con but with so many features, sometimes you can get lost in the weeds.
Overall: Michael has been incredible at onboarding us and getting us acclimatized to the functionality and capabilities of 1CRM. With the ability to integrate to our financial system, Quickbooks, 1CRM is the hub of our business, providing consistent quality outputs and comprehensive data valuation for our clients.
