Really want to like this app but it isn't user friendly and the UI is poor. I think if a designer were to help out this thing could be great.

I just discovered OTS and find it quite interesting! Using it to redo my 2016 personal taxes that I had prepared using TaxACT, I got the same results which is very reassuring! Is there any chance there might be a Schedule E added in the near future? I hope that you will continue to provide this software well into the future...

Very good software in my opinion. I have complicated income stream and it worked really well. I compared to TaxACT and it gave the same result. I hope it is aviable next year now that I took the time to learn it. It still needs a way to enter bank account for refund

I have been using OTS for several years now and I am happy with it. My few experiences with retail tax packages suggests that OTS is no more complicated to use that them. In addition, you can look at the actual data files which is helpful. Gives your the data to fill is 1040 and schedules A,B,C and D and perhaps a few more. Also does VA which is where I live.
