Pros: Hosted in the cloud so it works wherever we need it to whether it's employees on-premise in our office or out at client locations. Uptime is perfect and we haven't suffered any outages or data losses. The data provided by Intervals is also very useful.
Cons: A bit of a learning curve compared to other software in the same category but that is to be expected with a more powerful piece of software.
Overall: Our mid-sized consulting firm has been using Intervals for 3.5 years now and we really don't have any complaints. Over the time we've been using it, Pelago has continued to iterate and add new very useful features. I would highly recommend Intervals to organizations of any size.
