Pros: I found this very useful when people are trying to message me or call me. This is great when I am busy doing other things but I am still kept up-to-date and notified.
Cons: I did not find anything bad about it, I really enjoyed this!
Overall: Great! Its only about 30 so I think it is worth the cost for the tool. I don't think that it works for mobile but its also not that bad.

Pros: -It is versatile and has a lot of features, and can be used in many ways. It can be used as a primary resource for alerting across DevOps.
-You can keep track of outages, bugs, and incidents to keep the teams in the loop for better productivity.
-It can handle multiple team integration and allows for the merging of tasks.Cons: -The major con or limitation I found in Opsgenie is that it cant be integrated with your smartphone. If they add this feature, the workflow will become better.
Overall: Overall, Opsgenie is a great tool with many useful functionalities and can best be used as an alerting tool. The only con is that it cant be integrated with a smartphone.

Pros: 1. Ensures critical issues are resolved before they affect the company.
2. Alerts are centralized in one easy to read location.
3. Low price.Cons: I cannot think of any cons with this one, but if I had to list something, they could be a little more creative with their logo to make it stand out a little more.
Overall: This is a great program to use if you want to ensure that IT problems are taken care of with ease. The layout is easy to navigate and make sure those IT issues are handled promptly. The highest price is only $29.00 per month. What a deal!

Pros: -It is packed with features like the ability to rotate quickly, disable, enable makes the coordination on call very simple.
-It provides great details of log and incoming call reports.
-It has a great Graphical User Interface and is very simple to use.
-The whois on-call feature and integration with other apps like Slack comes very handily.Cons: -The mobile app is not as good as the website in terms of GUI.
-The command given to the admin is very less.Overall: Overall, OpsGenie can be beneficial across several departments in an organization because of its features and low learning curve.

Pros: Once you have the alert rules in place, you can sleep well at night knowing that you'll get an alarm if anything is wrong. That's a big deal for worry worts like me.
Cons: It was a little techy for my skill set, but they give me all the help I needed.
Overall: I especially liked the reporting and analytics. It lets you see in an eyeful how you're handling things. I also like how Opsgenie integrates with programs that I already use.

Pros: I am able to centralize alerts and notify the right people at the right time. Since starting to use Opsgenie, I have yet to miss a critical alert.
Cons: I have yet to run into a con. Anytime I have had any issue, I have been able to chat with customer service and they resolve my issue immediately. I highly recommend using the trial if you are having any second thoughts.
Overall: My experience has been a positive one. For not being a very "techy" person this is user friendly and easy to integrate into my daily work life.
