WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
You will receive free shipping on orders above 50 GBP.

For orders below 50 GBP, delivery is available at a cost of 6.00 GBP. The delivery charge is not included in the product price and is advised at check-out before confirming your order.
 

WHO DELIVERS YOUR PACKAGE?

Orders are sent by Rotal Mail to the address you provide. The telephone number provided is used to inform you about the delivery by text message. If you are not at home when the courier arrives with the package, it will be delivered to the nearest courier will arrange a new delivery. The courier will be responsible for notification.

 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Our delivery partners are facing high volumes due to an increasing online demand together with different restrictions due to the Covid-19. Therefore, delivery can take longer time than usual.

Normally, we deliver within 5-7 business days. 

Please note that during Black Friday extended delivery times may occur and we apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. We work as hard as we can to meet the expected delivery times and thank you for your patience.

You can track your order by using the Track & Trace number provided in the dispatch confirmation e-mail which is sent to you alongside your invoice e-mail. 
 

DOES BREXIT AFFECT THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER? 

We ship orders from our warehouse in Germany. This means that you may experience a longer delivery time for your order. This is because the UK has introduced stricter customs checks on goods coming from the rest of the world. Delivery can take up to 14 days, but in most cases the delivery will still be within 5–7 working days. Our delivery partners are working to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
