    Marc and Michael, the apprentice, came on time to my home and got right to work. We had to have plumbing moved to accommodate our new bathroom remodel. Marc did an excellent job, cleaned up, and was finished in a timely manner. I like that he was doing ojt (on the job training) with Michael. The ladies at will's kept me up to date on when marc would arrive. They had to cancel my previous appt (which they apologized for) due to emergencies but i was first the next day.     We were so pleased how well Mr. Frank Lujan tackled the faucet replacement. I called on a Friday afternoon and was able to get an appointment on the following Tuesday morning. Mr. Lujan was punctual and very professional in analyzing how to tackle the embedded faucet. He explained his plan and the possible outcomes. The mortar covering half of the faucet was carefully removed without damaging any of the brick work. The faucet was extended out to prevent future problems and a new hose bibb was added. We are so pleased with the quality of his work. The price was reasonable for the amount of work the job required. We would definitely call on Mr. Lujan for future plumbing needs

I really appreciated that they had a design center so I didn't feel overwhelmed with that part of the process.     Poorly. Estimate was way too expensive. I called to have sink installed. Plumber came by and gave an estimate of OVER $1200 to install a drop in kitchen sink. He even wanted $45 just to give the estimate. What an incredible rip-off! I'll never hire them again

    William, the plumber was supposed to be here between 9-10AM. Never showed up. I call Angi to have them call the company and then got a call from Tim the dispatch guy who said if I would not have had Angi call they would not have known he was missing. Turned out he had mechanical problems and didn't let the company know. TIm said they would send Jimmy to my house between 2-3PM same day. Tim called at 2:42PM and said the plumber was close and finishing up another job but a little behind and I was next so he would be to my home. 5:30PM no one showed up. I called Angi and they suggested another plumber. What a joke. I called and left a message at 5:30PM. Company closes at 7PM. No one returned a call or called the next day to apologize and reschedule. I thought Tim was sincere about sending someone. Turns out he is just a smooth talker when it comes to sending a plumber to your house

I called prior to the appointment to confirm who was coming (to be prepared) but no answer and no return call even though I left a message. No one showed up on the day of the appointment and no phone call. I do hope this was just an enormous miscommunication but I am now hesitant to rely on this method of searching for services
