Visiting the Embassy during coronavirus (COVID-19)
Access to the Embassy for all visitors is strictly by appointment.
If you need consular assistance, including scheduling or rescheduling an appointment, please call + 387(0)33 282 200 choosing the consular option. The consular line is available 24/7.
We are currently taking extra precautions due to the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19). If you are planning to attend an appointment, please let us know in advance if you:
- have been in contact with someone with coronavirus (COVID-19)
- have within the past 2 weeks returned from an affected area as identified by the Chief Medical Officer in the UK as being high risk
- are feeling unwell with a cough, difficulty breathing or fever
If any of the above apply to you, reschedule your appointment for a later date.

Get an emergency travel document
You can apply for an emergency travel document if you’re abroad and your passport has been lost or stolen, damaged or expired, and you can’t get a new or replacement passport in time to travel.
Apply online for an emergency travel document
If the person needing the emergency travel document is under 16, a parent or guardian should apply on their behalf.
If you are travelling in more than 3 weeks, check if you can get a new or replacement passport in time to travel.
