    Tried ’s keyboard nav feature (since its nav violates 1.4.13 & 2.4.7). It does not resolve those WCAG failures. It does, however, provide _different_ navigation, still fails to provide focus styles for the main nav, and drops me in a de facto keyboard trap. Woo.

    If we did plugin audits during the WordPress Accessibility Meetup, would any plugin devs volunteer to have us audit their plugin live? It would be a great way to get free feedback and recommendations for fixes and would help attendees learn how to do audits.

    If someone wants to start improving accessibility of your website: 1. Start small. Add alternative text, use headings, use keyboard to navigate your site. 2. If your site is large (over 50 posts/pages), consider setting a date that all content will be accessible.

    You know how Chrome has a dedicated accessibility settings page (or at least now you do): chrome://settings/accessibility Edge is getting one in v94: edge://settings/accessibility Both of them have a high-vis focus outline, a feature I dig.
