Before working with eMoldino, Samsung was experiencing increasing production disruptions and delayed part deliveries, soon they realized that it was simply due to the fact that their production has long outgrown the capacity of manual entry of tooling data. It was time to go digital.

eMoldino was intended to secure the house of cards which was Samsung’s global tooling supply chain.

The live data provided by eMoldino sensors allowed Samsung to know how many tools were being underutilized and where, allowing Samsung to keep track of the quantity of their components produced in real-time. The risk of miscounting and causing supply chain disruptions was thus minimized.
