Our Story

As one of the largest manufacturers in the world, Samsung uses tens of thousands of molds. Our solution revolutionized how they produce, manage, and utilize these absolutely critical assets. 

In 2011, Samsung Electronics was searching for a solution that could manage and remotely monitor the performance of their tens of thousands of different molds across hundreds of different plants spread across the globe. 
 

To that end, Samsung Electronics' R&D department collaborated with eMoldino for over two years to co-develop the industry's first wireless digital mold counter and digital management solution.

Samsung Electronics chose eMoldino to replace its manual data-gathering and entry systems, after learning that the solution can give far more accurate tooling requirement forecasts, maximize tooling longevity, and conveniently display company wide global mold activity.
