    The team at North Carolina Water Consultants were all, to a person, amazing! From the initial call to discover and buy the system, through the follow through from the owner (Eddie) and the entire office staff (Jaimee) through the installers ( Chris, Joe and Kevin ) each was knowledgeable, professional and treated me as a valued customer but better yet, as a client. Each took their time to inform me about the system and the install team walked me through the system. And they were neat and clean at the install site, making it cleaner than they found it!!! They were patient, had good ideas when we discovered a space/location problem and were dedicated to making sure the system will perform as designed. I am incredibly happy I went with NC Water Consultants! This is an excellent team/company

    I have a 34 yr old water softener that was rebuilt almost 20 yrs ago and felt it needed to have the resin replaced. I contacted numerous companies, most of which told me it needed to be replaced without even seeing it. I spoke with Perry Lombardo at Royal Water Co who said he would replace the resin at what I found to be a reasonable fee. When Perry came to my home, he asked why I wanted to replace the resin. I stated that it was nearly 20 yrs old and didn't feel my water was as soft as it had been. He tested my water and found it to be at a sufficiently soft level. He checked the water softener and informed me that I didn't need to replace the resin but gave me the option. I chose not to have the resin replaced and asked what I owed him. I was astounded when he said there was NO charge. In this day and age, rarely do you encounter a company this honest. I will not hesitate to call Perry at Royal Water Co for my future water softener needs

    We originally called to have both bathtubs snaked due to slow water in both bath tubs. Our water is so hard they were unable to get the bathtub stoppers off because they were fused together. They told us they did not need snaked we just needed to clean out the plate in the bathtub and place a "basket" over the drain to catch the hair. This was the perfect solution and really cheap! They did say we had very hard water in Liberty Township and would greatly benefit from a water softener/descaler being installed. They were the 3rd plumbing company to tell us this. We liked them so much and our tech. Jake was so great we decided to have it installed. We also needed to have the "valve" changed in the master shower but because everything was fused from the hard water they had to cut a hole in the wall to fix it. I was not thrilled about this but it was better than tearing the tile up and they were able to leave a door in the wall for access for any future problems. Again Jake did a great job. He explained everything and gave us options. He cleaned up after himself and made hole/door in the wall as small and neat as possible. Definitely will use them again for any future plumbing issues

    Job went great, Jacob arrived on time, his price to install the softener was 175.00 cheaper than another quote we had received. Jacob installed the softener, we had a minor problem where we thought we were missing parts, Jacob waited while I called the softener maker and found the install manual parts list was incorrect. Jacob was able to finish the install and we are very pleased with the softener
