2021 Signing Santa Program for Deaf/Hard of Hearing/DeafBlind Children!
Thanks to support from The Darlin Family Fund and other generous supporters, DHCC is again offering Signing Santa for Deaf, hard of hearing, and DeafBlind
The largest, most respected interpreting agency in Philadelphia, our ASL interpreting services uses only qualified, professional sign language interpreters that fit the situation they work.
You can schedule a mobile internet hotspot at your location, access our remote learning center, rent a room at DHCC for reduced or no rent, schedule sensitivity training for your organization and learn about our other community programs.
Our ASL classes are taught by native ASL instructors who create a welcoming, inclusive and fun learning environment for individuals, parents or businesses interested in learning ASL.
DHCC is the best place in the Philadelphia area to learn about and obtain equal communication access. We offer a variety of services to help bridge the communication gap between the Deaf, hard of hearing and hearing communities. We are honored to be the longest serving and highly respected sign language interpreting service in the region and the first organization to provide an on-call Emergency Sign Language Interpreting Service for police and hospital emergencies.
Our mission is to advocate for and promote equal communication access, educational service, cultural awareness and economic development to the Deaf, DeafBlind, and hard of hearing populations in the greater Philadelphia region and surrounding areas.
We’re always looking for partners in our community. If your business, organization or foundation wants to better engage the local deaf community and help make a difference, contact us. We’d love to talk more about how we can work together to make Philadelphia a more welcoming home for our deaf population.
