    Hello. Our client wants to know “can the HR manager and/or line manager” apply sick leave to a member of staff?

    They have a sick leave policy, but want to make sure the days off are registered.

    So for example – if a member of staff was in an accident and off work for 3 weeks, the HR person can log these three weeks to the member of staffs record and not have to rely on the member of staff remembering to do it when they are back in the office?
