This unit was about $3,500 more than the first contractor's estimate, but after Skylar went through all the information and "educated" me on things I wasn't aware of, I felt more confident going with ACE. Zach and Sergio were at my home (as promised) early the next morning and within less than 5 hours, had the unit installed and heating my home. Great unit. Great price. Great service. Thanks, guys.

Called me almost immediately after submitting my request and was very personal and professional. After telling them my issue, without hesitation they came out to inspect my house and were there within 30 min (this was not an emergency request by any means). Inspected my property and ended up suggesting I install something myself that would fix the issue for only $20. They didn’t try to up sell me or lure me into something I didn’t need or want.
It was VERY refreshing to speak and deal with a company that doesn’t just see a dollar sign over your head. Will be going through this company for any future plumbing needs and would HIGHLY recommend.

They came in and gave us some general information on water heater maintenance. The cost was reasonable and they gave us warning signs of when the water heater can fail. All in all it was a great experience. They wore masks and were very courteous.

Tub to walk-in shower conversion. Larry was amazing to work with on my very goofy timeline, and William and his helper did a great job on the demo & installation. They took care of our existing property (protected the carpets, etc.) and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. Highly recommend and I would hire this company again.

Had a nightmare of a gas pipe issue when moving into my new house. Had a pretty big drop in pressure and couldn't have my gas line turned on initially. Called a few people but they all told me things were going to require a full re-piping. AZ Premier Services tested all the lines, went to the store to get dye and fixed 5 small leaks in my piping system near the mainline, in the attic and all over and didn't leave until it was completely fixed. Ended up saving me $3500 by fixing the leaks instead of just caring about how much money they could get form me. Incredibly honest, hard working and professional. Plan to use them again later when I need to replace my water heater.

Robert the owner was courteous, professional, explained in details what the problem was with my AC and since unit on roof he took photos of work done. Pricing was fair and reasonable. I'd recommend Absolute Zero Refrigeration to anyone.

Excellent all-around to Kyle and D. On time, professional and total clean up of work area. This was a toilet removal/new install. Took about 45 minutes compared to the internet saying it takes a plumber 1-2 hours. Very focused on the job and took the time to answer questions. My recommendation: use Hansen Family Plumbing and ask for Kyle and D if they are available.
