Todd lives with his wife and three sons in Hopkinton, Mass., where he has spent more than a decade helping to coach his boys’ baseball, soccer and basketball teams.
Chris Ewart is Virtustream’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), responsible for the company’s financial functions on a global scale, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, corporate reporting and tax.
Prior to joining Virtustream, Chris served as Senior Director of Finance at Dell Technologies. Chris managed the financial oversight of the Global Deployment and Field Services Businesses, with $1.7B in annual revenue.
Before his time with Dell Technologies, Chris spent nearly 20 years at EMC where he held various operational and finance roles including leadership of the Global High End Storage Support and Global High End Storage Manufacturing Finance Teams. Throughout his career, Chris has also been very active in mentorship and sponsorship of various finance leadership and development programs.

Drew Fassett is the Senior Vice President, Head of Global Sales for Virtustream. He’s responsible for regional sales alignment across North America, EMEA and APJ, as well as federal and channel sales programs. Prior to ByteGrid, Drew was Vice President of Sales at Peak 10, where he was instrumental in driving over 400% revenue growth in datacenter, cloud and managed services.
Drew was recognized for his leadership early in his career, receiving numerous awards for achievements in 100%+ sales growth, performance and leadership engagement during his 12 years at IBM. Projects included managing an extended team of Business Development executives and channel programs to drive nearly $800 million of new business for Strategic Outsourcing and Application Managed Services while streamlining overall engagement processes. Drew is based in Nashville, Tenn., and is a graduate of Davidson College.
As Virtustream’s Vice President of xStreamCare professional and managed services, Rob Scott is responsible for delivering a world-class service experience for customers around the globe. Under Rob’s leadership, Virtustream offers a comprehensive suite of professional and managed services for customers leveraging cloud environments to migrate, modernize and manage their most business-critical applications and workloads. Rob’s priorities are set to ensure that customers realize the full value of their cloud investments. Steve is Vice President of Cloud Platform Engineering and Delivery & Strategic Technology Alliances at Virtustream, a Dell Technologies business. In this role, Steve guides Virtustream’s focused approach to solving customers’ most demanding IT requirements in the form of high-quality, enterprise-class products and services engineered to be performant, secure, scalable and reliable. His broad experience ranges from engineering product development through IT operations and service innovation.
Steve has spent more than three decades in software development and systems integration, with nearly 25 years in senior management roles, and over 20 years delivering IaaS and SaaS platforms. Steve has deep areas of specialization, including cloud computing environments, next-generation datacenter deployment, virtualization, IT service management, and datacenter management. Prior to Virtustream, Steve held senior executive positions at MediaMath, VCE, and EMC Corporation. His various executive management roles have also encompassed leading business development, global operations, and engineering for hardware, software and services. At MediaMath, Steve led the engineering team responsible for delivering programmatic marketing at massive scale utilizing hybrid-cloud to rapidly develop and deploy modern functional capabilities and world-class performance. Steve holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology. He lives in Hopkinton, Mass., and enjoys time with his wife and three children, as well the arts and Vex robotics.
Myles Mendelsohn is Virtustream’s Chief Transformation Officer, overseeing strategic value creation for the company through business and operational excellence. In this role, Myles is responsible for shaping the company’s evolving business model going forward, including the creation and extension of strategic partnerships and establishing rigorous global business standards across the company. As a member of Virtustream’s executive leadership team, Myles works closely with the Chief Executive Officer & President, the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer to align daily operations and the corporate roadmap to support the company, its team members and customers.
Prior to Virtustream, Myles led the strategy and operations organization for Dell Technologies’ Consulting business unit where he was responsible for devising and leading global transformative changes resulting in dramatic business unit improvements as measured by customer, employee and financial metrics.
Prior to that, Myles served as the VP for Global Customer Operations for VCE, the Dell EMC joint venture with VMware and Cisco. His responsibilities included oversight of all planning, operations and processes inclusive of sales, services and manufacturing. The Global Customer Operations organization was also at the forefront of all integration and transformation activities for EMC on behalf of VCE. Prior to this role, Myles held a number of executive positions in EMC’s Global Services organization, as well as a successful career with Verizon for more than 20 years, where he served as VP and General Manager of its Internet Business Division, as well as led organizations spanning service assurance, strategic planning, customer support, product management, marketing and revenue management.

Richard Sheridan is Virtustream’s Managing Legal Director, responsible for leading corporate legal initiatives in addition to advising senior management on the company’s strategies and direction. Richard joined Virtustream in 2021, expanding upon his current role in support of other Dell Technologies businesses. Richard has spent nearly his entire legal career within the Dell Technologies family of businesses, beginning as a Contracts Manager for Perot Systems in 2007. Richard earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2002, followed by his Juris Doctor law degree in 2005, and holds active legal licenses in both Arizona and Texas. Richard and his wife, Jessica, live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with their two children, Ryleigh and William. Richard is active in his community, including serving as a volunteer coach in youth sports.
As the Human Resources Lead for Virtustream, Liz Fitts is responsible for setting the overall HR strategy for the company. Liz is focused on setting the course for Virtustream’s global workforce, addressing opportunities and challenges spanning the company’s culture, leadership, talent acquisition and retention, as well as team member development and performance. A driven and forward-thinking Human Resources executive, Liz has an exceptional understanding of how to build and implement a team member performance strategy that prepares organizations for future growth and success.

Prior to this role, Todd was a co-founder and executive leader of VCE Corporation and played an instrumental role in the establishment of an emerging $30B market for converged infrastructure. A joint venture between EMC, Cisco, VMWare and Intel, VCE quickly grew to lead the market with $2B in annual sales.
Todd’s early career included several leadership roles at Accenture. He holds a B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University, where he currently serves on the Business Advisory Committee. Todd is recognized as a leader advocating for diversity and change within Virtustream and throughout the industry. Todd lives with his wife and three sons in Hopkinton, Mass., where he has spent more than a decade helping to coach his boys’ baseball, soccer and basketball teams.
Chris Ewart is Virtustream’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), responsible for the company’s financial functions on a global scale, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, corporate reporting and tax.
Prior to joining Virtustream, Chris served as Senior Director of Finance at Dell Technologies. Chris managed the financial oversight of the Global Deployment and Field Services Businesses, with $1.7B in annual revenue.
Before his time with Dell Technologies, Chris spent nearly 20 years at EMC where he held various operational and finance roles including leadership of the Global High End Storage Support and Global High End Storage Manufacturing Finance Teams. Throughout his career, Chris has also been very active in mentorship and sponsorship of various finance leadership and development programs.
Chris holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from Northeastern University.
Nina Hargus, Senior Vice President, serves as Virtustream’s Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Head of Strategy. In this role, Nina leads the company’s corporate strategy, global marketing and product management organizations.
Nina is a highly-regarded, results-driven leader in the technology industry who most recently drove Dell Technologies’ marketing vision and strategy focused on the company’s largest and most strategic enterprise customers. She is also credited with building and developing the high-impact Dell Technologies’ Global Field and Partner Marketing organization and programs. Prior to that, Nina was EMC’s CMO where she was responsible for the global structure, strategy and execution of all aspects of marketing. And previous to that role, Nina was the CMO at VCE, the highly successful joint venture of EMC, Cisco and VMware where she created an aggressive customer reference-led strategy to establish a new market segment and highlight VCE’s unique differentiation.

Drew Fassett is the Senior Vice President, Head of Global Sales for Virtustream. Drew is responsible for driving the company’s global growth strategy and market leadership by delivering the full range of Virtustream’s Cloud Solutions and Application Managed Services. He’s responsible for regional sales alignment across North America, EMEA and APJ, as well as federal and channel sales programs. He is also responsible for managing Virtustream’s industry focus in areas such as healthcare, financial services, aerospace and defense.
Before joining Virtustream, Drew was Chief Revenue Officer at ByteGrid, where he was responsible for all sales, marketing and channel alliances with an emphasis on growing the company's cloud hosting and managed services business. During Drew’s tenure, company-wide sales grew 97% year-over-year. Prior to ByteGrid, Drew was Vice President of Sales at Peak 10, where he was instrumental in driving over 400% revenue growth in datacenter, cloud and managed services.
Drew was recognized for his leadership early in his career, receiving numerous awards for achievements in 100%+ sales growth, performance and leadership engagement during his 12 years at IBM. Projects included managing an extended team of Business Development executives and channel programs to drive nearly $800 million of new business for Strategic Outsourcing and Application Managed Services while streamlining overall engagement processes. Drew is based in Nashville, Tenn., and is a graduate of Davidson College.
As Virtustream’s Vice President of xStreamCare professional and managed services, Rob Scott is responsible for delivering a world-class service experience for customers around the globe. Under Rob’s leadership, Virtustream offers a comprehensive suite of professional and managed services for customers leveraging cloud environments to migrate, modernize and manage their most business-critical applications and workloads. Rob’s priorities are set to ensure that customers realize the full value of their cloud investments. Through the years, he has established a proven track record for meeting and exceeding customer expectations through service delivery excellence and continuous improvement. Rob is a results-obsessed leader with a passion for building successful teams and eco-systems. His successful career has been centered on a customer-first ethos, built atop clear business strategies and supported by broad organizational alignment and operational excellence in support of high-growth, technology-focused companies like Motorola, EMC, VCE and Virtustream. Steve is Vice President of Cloud Platform Engineering and Delivery & Strategic Technology Alliances at Virtustream, a Dell Technologies business. In this role, Steve guides Virtustream’s focused approach to solving customers’ most demanding IT requirements in the form of high-quality, enterprise-class products and services engineered to be performant, secure, scalable and reliable. His broad experience ranges from engineering product development through IT operations and service innovation.
Steve has spent more than three decades in software development and systems integration, with nearly 25 years in senior management roles, and over 20 years delivering IaaS and SaaS platforms. Steve has deep areas of specialization, including cloud computing environments, next-generation datacenter deployment, virtualization, IT service management, and datacenter management. Prior to Virtustream, Steve held senior executive positions at MediaMath, VCE, and EMC Corporation. His various executive management roles have also encompassed leading business development, global operations, and engineering for hardware, software and services. At MediaMath, Steve led the engineering team responsible for delivering programmatic marketing at massive scale utilizing hybrid-cloud to rapidly develop and deploy modern functional capabilities and world-class performance. Steve holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology. He lives in Hopkinton, Mass., and enjoys time with his wife and three children, as well the arts and Vex robotics.
Myles Mendelsohn is Virtustream’s Chief Transformation Officer, overseeing strategic value creation for the company through business and operational excellence. In this role, Myles is responsible for shaping the company’s evolving business model going forward, including the creation and extension of strategic partnerships and establishing rigorous global business standards across the company. As a member of Virtustream’s executive leadership team, Myles works closely with the Chief Executive Officer & President, the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer to align daily operations and the corporate roadmap to support the company, its team members and customers.
Prior to Virtustream, Myles led the strategy and operations organization for Dell Technologies’ Consulting business unit where he was responsible for devising and leading global transformative changes resulting in dramatic business unit improvements as measured by customer, employee and financial metrics.
Prior to that, Myles served as the VP for Global Customer Operations for VCE, the Dell EMC joint venture with VMware and Cisco. His responsibilities included oversight of all planning, operations and processes inclusive of sales, services and manufacturing. The Global Customer Operations organization was also at the forefront of all integration and transformation activities for EMC on behalf of VCE. Prior to this role, Myles held a number of executive positions in EMC’s Global Services organization, as well as a successful career with Verizon for more than 20 years, where he served as VP and General Manager of its Internet Business Division, as well as led organizations spanning service assurance, strategic planning, customer support, product management, marketing and revenue management.
Myles lives in Burke, Virginia, and is married with two daughters. He enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, and relaxes by boating and fishing in the calm waters of nearby lakes.
Richard Sheridan is Virtustream’s Managing Legal Director, responsible for leading corporate legal initiatives in addition to advising senior management on the company’s strategies and direction. Richard joined Virtustream in 2021, expanding upon his current role in support of other Dell Technologies businesses. Richard has spent nearly his entire legal career within the Dell Technologies family of businesses, beginning as a Contracts Manager for Perot Systems in 2007. Richard earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2002, followed by his Juris Doctor law degree in 2005, and holds active legal licenses in both Arizona and Texas. Richard and his wife, Jessica, live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with their two children, Ryleigh and William. Richard is active in his community, including serving as a volunteer coach in youth sports.
As the Human Resources Lead for Virtustream, Liz Fitts is responsible for setting the overall HR strategy for the company. Liz is focused on setting the course for Virtustream’s global workforce, addressing opportunities and challenges spanning the company’s culture, leadership, talent acquisition and retention, as well as team member development and performance. A driven and forward-thinking Human Resources executive, Liz has an exceptional understanding of how to build and implement a team member performance strategy that prepares organizations for future growth and success.
Most recently, Liz spent 14 years in various leadership roles at Dell Technologies where she led HR strategy for multiple business groups, including the Chief Customer Office and the global Services & Digital organization with Centers of Excellence in China, Egypt, India, Ireland, Israel, Russia and the U.S. She also held other key roles supporting strategic areas such as Integration, Mergers & Acquisitions and the Project Management Office.
Prior to Dell Technologies, Liz worked at Texas Instruments and Nortel Networks. Liz holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The State University of New York (SUNY) at Brockport and a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven in Connecticut.
