Don is a professional craftsman, from his detailed estimate to the lay out of his tile work.i have used Don twice once for kitchen backsplash and recently for a bathroom remodel, I couldn't be happier with Don's work, my bathroom is absolutely beautiful. Don did my entire bathroom from tear out, to tile installation to installation of vanity, and toilet bowl, I would defiantly use CHANDLER'S tile again...he is punctual and returns your calls.

I called to ask to get information on receiving a quote for a bathroom remodel. The guy was very rude and sounded frustrated by huffing and puffing with every response I gave. Apparently he did not like the answers I was providing in the description of the bathroom. Either you want the business or not, come to the location and check out the job and provide an estimate. I did not appreciate the tone and or interaction.

Fabulous. This was the second bathroom remodel we had completed by Classic. Don't know what I would have done without Sonia's guidance in selecting tile, colors, etc. The bathroom is beautiful! The worker did a quality job and made sure we were happy each step of the job. I will use them again when we are ready to redo our kitchen.

Flooring Installation Specialists
Poorly done job. Every time I questioned how something was being done, I was told, “We do this all the time.” Meanwhile, the leak test in the shower failed because the pan was put in wrong, the sills and bench (which should have been tilted to drain back into the shower to avoid standing water) hold the water and don’t drain, the shelves in the corner that I thought should be recessed into the wall are FALLING OFF because there’s nothing supporting them, and all my marble tile was essentially ruined when they sealed it without properly cleaning it - and sealed it before it was grouted. Best of all, they laid a new hardwood floor in my downstairs, and ran out of wood because they measured wrong. One room remained 50% incomplete until I could get the wood reordered and delivered. When I called them back to finish the job as they had said I should, they refused to respond to any of my texts, calls, or emails. Extremely unprofessional and obviously not competent at bathroom remodeling. Whatever bee got in their bonnet with this job, I don’t know, but if they were willing to treat me this way, consider that they might be willing to do it to you, too.

Nixon Construction
He walked in the door and led with that he was the 2011 builder of the year. He wanted to copy an designers work. He emailed me with questions and used professional jargon that I did not understand. I emailed him back to clarify and I never heard from him again. He reccomended things that i already had, ie smoke detectors/carbon monoxide monitors (my house is a 1932, I had these before I could buy the house). He would not provide a quote for other projects, just 1 project at a time. BEWARE of this contractor!!

Initially they came out and discussed what wanted done. It took a couple of days to receive an estimate that we would agree to and scheduled the work. Their price was fair but we wanted some particular items for the bath that were not normally installed. The tear-out people showed up as scheduled and gutted the bath. Over the next few weeks the bathroom remodel was completed and windows replaced. Everything was done to a very high standard, the house had minimal dust and drop cloths were laid in the traffic areas eliminating dirt on the floor. It took a little longer by a few days to finish because of installation problems from some other work on our kitchen (by another company). The results were well worth the wait. The bathroom turned out beautifully and the windows look great. Well worth the investment. Workers were dependable, professional, and very skilled at their jobs.

Recent Review: Both Project managers Joe and Wes are good. I started of with Joe and mainly worked with Wes after. The quality of the remodeling is great. The employees are punctual, very professional and very respectful. They work with you and your availability. I recommend that you make decisions early regarding your choices of tile and design, mirrors etc. While Jason the owner and Wes the project manager were a great help, I was not very proactive in making choices. Overall, I've had compliments from others regarding the bathrooms and the quality of the work. In any remodeling projects, things go wrong and there were delays because of defective cabinetry and the shower frame not arriving on time which is not in the control of the contractor but they kept you informed. The employees cleaned up everyday after finishing. I do recommend making sure that the bathrooms are partitioned off well with plastic covering to reduce the dust to other parts of the house. This worked well the second time around. I bought all of the faucets and I recommend that you read reviews before buying these especially for shower faucets. Despite me buying some complicated shower faucets, Wes was able to fix them so these are solid professionals when it comes to remodeling. Overall, I would strongly recommend them for the quality of their work.
