JD Steam Pressure Cleaning
JD and his crew pressure washed side walks, drive ways and curbs in the Courtyard II condo complex in Palm Harbor. As a condo owner, I asked if he could possibly remove some paint on my driveway that I spilled this summer. Without hesitation he assured me it was no problem and he was happy to do it. He had the right equipment and completed this additional work scope quickly and professionally. He and his crew did a good job and Courtyard II is looking good.

Is not punctual. You ask to meet at a certain and he shows up 1 to 2 1/2 hours later. Does work that you did not agree to and expects to get paid. Took over a month and a half to try and get the work done that should have only taken a week. Ultimately the work was not completed and had to hire another handyman.

John uses a soft wash method to clean the siding and takes the utmost care to prevent any damage. He gets out stains that no one else can. Top Notch Cleaning Inc
This team did a wonderful job. We have a two story house that we just moved into this summer, the upper story windows had mold on screens, windows and in the window channels--they cleaned these as well as the covered patio--also had mold. They were very accomodating with my schedule and sent a team of at least 3 people (more may have come later for the outside after I had to leave) who worked really hard and were also very friendly and offered advice for maintenance. Even though this was costly, we have a large house with LOTs of windows and I am very pleased with the work performed. Our house looks great now--best on the block!

J & S PRESSURE WASHING & WINDOW CLEANING
John did an excellent job on the vinyl siding. He got off all the mold and algae that had been building up for at least 3 years. I couldn't be happier with the results. It looks just like new again. The soft wash process he uses is a definite improvement over the typical high psi pressure washing method. He used a buffer/scrubber on the drive and walkways. It removed all the slippery algae. In less than 2 hours everything was sparkling clean. John is cheerful and enthusiastic, even on a hot, muggy day. He takes pride in his work.

I bought a very large house in Tampa Palms that has been vacant and unmaintained for 2 years. The house was very dirty on the outside and the tile roof looked horrible. I was concerned about who I was to hire to clean the roof because it was large, steep, and complicated. I looked on Angie's List and called a few people. Hoffman Pressure washing was very prompt and I decided to meet them for an estimate. I met Mr. and Mrs. Hoffman at the house and immediately was pleased with their demeanor and professionalism. God bless them, they just looked honest and trustworthy. I hired them and they contacted me to start a day before the scheduled date. When I met them at the house to settle up with them, I could not believe the difference in how the house looked; it looked brand new. I walked around the house and I was impressed with every square inch. I strongly recommend Hoffman Pressure Washing and will use them exclusively from now on.

Recent Review: This is the second time I've hired Patrick and he's 2 for 2 on great service. Worked with me on a fair price for the square footage, arrived on time, got right to work, and did a great job. He took the roof wash side of the work, his partner watered down the grass and plants the whole time so nothing got oversaturated with the bleach mixture. After they finished cleaning my roof, he asked about the driveway. At first thinking I'd just do it myself, he quoted me a price that quickly sold me on the fact I wouldn't have to stand out there for a few days just me and my thoughts one swipe at a time with a pressure washer 1/10 the size of theirs. The house looked great right away and I'm writing this review a week later looks even better. Thanks again guys hope to see you soon, but not too soon.

Super Service Award Recent Review: After much deliberation and several estimates from Angie's list "A" rated companies, we chose Lou Phillips Painting. Lou was the most responsive, the most professional, and we sincerely feel he gave us the best advice regarding materials. It was a bonus that he also gave the best estimate! Only time will tell whether the paint choice WAS the best, but after speaking with the manufacturer, doing a lot of research on exterior paints, and actually seeing the product, I feel we won't be disappointed. For those of you considering exterior paints, I feel Lou's recommendation of Color Wheel Paints is a great alternative to overpriced national brands not specifically designed for the Florida climate(IMO). Even the two contractors recommending SWilliam's products couldn't agree on which SW product would be best and their information contradicted each other. Lou's crew worked hard, his lead man Pablo was very attentive, and both went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend!
Recent Review: Greg is a great guy to work with - very friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious. He fixed many tiles on the roof - which was in rough shape from a maintenance perspective - and made it look like new. He is very detailed and holds his work to a higher standard than most customers would expect. While I was there working on a few things myself, he volunteered to help and even lent me tools I didn't have. For Greg the extra mile is his favorite mile.
