Kevin was very professional and knowledgeable. He came up with some very creative ideas that we hadn't thought of and it turned out beautifully. They installed pavers over an existing patio and extended the patio out beyond that. Prior to the install we had drainage issues with our existing patio because it was not level. Kevin and his team completely fixed that problem. That in itself was great and we got a beautiful patio on top of it. After the patio was installed the bricks had to be sealed and it rained almost every day that week. The workers came back 3 different times due to the rain so that the sealant would be done correctly. They did not charge anything extra for the trips they had to make out to our house. All of the work was completed as promised and in the time frame we agreed on. We get lot of compliments on our patio and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high quality workmanship.

It was a small installation job for other companies, compared to regular paver works and we had a hard time to find someone. They made a time for us and completed the travertine extended patio area. It looks amazing, the price was amazing, and guys are so polite. We definitely will hire them again!

The salesman was at our house today to show our patio to other one of his prospective customers. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. They scraped down to the original patio and resurfaced it completely and then resealed it. We would use them again in the future.

Randy and assistant worked hard to re-epoxy patio river rock, not sealed for 10+ years. Did a pressure wash but could not remove old mold stains. Repaired low and bare spots. Used thick epoxy coating to stabilize and seal surface. Cleaned up work area. Some miscommunications on appointment times but they did show up. Did seem somewhat expensive for the work done but I don't know going rates for this. They also drilled holes for improved drainage. Seems like a very sincere man who wants to do a thorough job and make sure you are pleased.

So what can I say about Rose...and Bob. My first conversation was with Rose, loved her from the moment we spoke. Then Bob called he first met with my husband, but was kind enough to return to explain the job to me. This is was HUGH undertaking. Bob told me not to worry it would be great! So, one day a VILLAGE shows up. There were so many men! It was incredible. Hiram was the foreman and he was awesome! He was kind enough to make last minute changes and even helped us install a flag pole, not on the original plan. They had to remove lots of gravel that was on the driveway, dig out an old planter and set up the wood to form the circle and walkways. In between all the madness, we had a problem with a water main, and RAIN nots of RAIN. It was cover on cover off. IN all the everyone was on task, no one lost their cool. Except may be. But I have to say when all was said and done even with the problems, the job was awesome! I look at the house and can't believe it ever look as bad as it did. The driveway has added so much to the home. It was worth the investment. Next we have to get Bob back to give us an estimate to build a room on the back patio. I was very pleased from start to finish. The best compliment was when I requested the Senior Citizen discount, and Rose said that you have to be 65, and to Bob's eyes I was not.....I loved it! You won't be sorry if your hire Fleet then get the job done. By the way they were the only estimate I got, Rose got me at HELLO!

Recent Review: It took three months to complete the project. Cover-19 was mostly responsible for the slowness. However, the work was exceptional, so in the end it was worth waiting for.

Recent Review: I met one of the owners, Gretchen, at a local home show. I was hesitant to start this job because I was in the middle of another paver project with another company, Outdoor Impressions of Riverview. I told Gretchen about what I was going through with them and she assured me I would not have any of issues I had with them. I was getting a 27' patio installed at the time and was on my 17th day of a 3 day project so I was very scared to start any new work. I could tell immediately that this would be better. While I trashed the other company to her, she never spoke bad of them and just told me about what she could do for me. I was very frustrated when I met her and she was able to keep me on track and sell her product. She was both knowledgeable and professional from the beginning. I scheduled a meeting with her and she came out on time with samples, ideas, and provided websites for more product selection. I had a good feeling about her company and decided to dive into another project. Gretchen, her husband, and their team did not disappoint. They came when they said they would, kept me informed, and completed the project in a timely manner. They kept my property clean and did quality work. I could not be happier with their professionalism, pricing, and just their overall attitude. Both Gretchen and her husband stopped by frequently to check up on their team and promptly finished the job. It is now 3 weeks after completion and I received another call from them checking up on how things were going. What a difference between them and Outdoor Impressions!
