TOTP option won’t save for just one admin user

    I have set up Two Factor and have half of the Administrator role users using it. One user noted she can’t validate the code in my profile settings. She scans the QR code and enters the 6 digit code from Google Authenticator, but it won’t complete the process. It just resets. Other users don’t have that problem.

    Update: She was able to manually enter the authentication keycode (the long string) and got access. But something about Google Authenticator and the QR code wasn’t working.

    Thanks for reporting the issue. Looks like this was related to that one particular system config since other users were able to register. Please do share any details if you learn more about the reasons why it wasn’t working.

    Could that be because of some browser extensions?
