Curtis and Ron showed up right when they said they would to fix my gate. They repaired it so that it would open and close properly. They were very nice guys and only charged me exactly what they quoted me. I will hire them again.

He is really good. He is so conscientous. He came in and did the work quickly, and I haven't had any problems. He is also a very charming person.

Original installer (Gates) had been back many times to repair, but never seemed to be a permanent fix. Gates Management eventually told me if there was any more lifting from the wind, I would need to pay for repair. I called other companies for estimates and Midwest was reasonable, professional, and timely. So, I chose them over Gates. They made the repair, once, and it has been fine ever since!

This job was finished on time and professionally. The final cost was higher than the bid because a new problem was discovered during the course of work (a rain gutter had to be installed). The repairs were meant to fix a leaky area and they withstood the recent winter storms well -- no leaks to date.

Excellent handyman- on time, smart, thorough, cleaned up after the work, reasonable price, good to deal with.

EXCELLENT JOB OVERALL. SOME HANGUP AT THE BEGINNING DUE TO SOME DAMAGE ON GARAGE, BUT ONCE IT WAS FIXED INSTALLATION WENT VERY QUICKLY. ALSO REPAIRED TWO PIECES OF WIND-DAMAGED FLASHING ON ROOF LINE FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE! CLEANED UP THE NEXT MORNING. CAN'T TELL THEY WERE HERE, OTHER THAN THE SIDING.

As construction projects go, this was a very nice surprise. From the beginning with a personal visit and a professional quote from the owner, this was a good experience. The quality of the workmanship on all areas of our exterior remodel is excellent. The crew was here for 4 weeks and we had no complaints. Randy offered good advice on all the big decisions. Many small repairs he simply fixed. The house looks brand new and we are very happy with the results.

Bo recommended we repair the shingles that were failing due to sun exposure and then to and quot;sealand quot; them with a water sealant. Bo also suggested how we might be able to fix another problem that involved water between two buildings. He gave us a very reasonable bid and the job got schedules. His crew did the job - looks great and cleaned up nicely. Bo is a very good communicator. He makes sure you are up to date and well informed on the progress of your project.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the diligence with which Robert completed the painting as well as repairs on the siding. He treated the job as if he were painting his own home and pointed out things he recommending fixing prior to painting. When I noticed a small spot on the third level that was missed when the home was painted, he quickly returned to set up his scaffolding and completed touch ups. He took great care in cleaning up my property and in working with my neighbors when he needed to be on their property to do some of the work. I have recommended him to neighbors, friends, and co-workers.

J&M did the inspection and then did the repair. They arrived promptly for both the inspection and on each day of repairs. The first batch of repair work took just under two days. During the repairs they discovered additional dry rot that was hidden, for which they had prepare a new estimate. Once I signed the contract for the new estimate, they came out to do the rest of the work a couple of days later. They used high quality materials, and caulked where appropriate to help prevent a recurrence of the dry rot. I'm very satisfied with the work and would use them again.

Paul and his crew were phenomenal. I have a side of the house that's only visible from a neighbour's yard - i've never properly "seen it" until i noticed a water leak in the ceiling and went to investigate.Turned out that the siding on that side has completely deteriorated, with totally rotten planks, holes, etc. The house was built in 1961 without insulation or proper water membrane. This is a 2 story house with a garage.Paul's crew took down the old siding, replaced a fair amount of damaged studs top-to-bottom, cleaned out any rot and other water damage. They then installed insulation, put Tyvek and then HardiePlank and painted it (i'm sure there was a lot more to it).The attention to detail was impeccable - i had an unrelated leak in an unrelated part of the house, so they pulled out balcony planks and fixed the improper flashing that let water in were that leak was.They cleaned up and fixed the poorly installed siding on other side of the house that managed to rot and go to mush that other contractors installed cheaply and incorrectly just 3 years ago, replacing everything with "bulletproof" materials that wouldn't get damaged in any foreseable future; and fixing up any other issues that were "in the area" such as fixing up the 2nd-story balcony with partially-broken spindles. Paul was very transparent the entire time - I knew exactly what they were doing and why, he ran all the options past me, always asked for feedback, which was invariably "please do what you think is best, i trust you unconditionally".At no point did Paul try to jack up the price or "invent" additional charges - everything was very clear and transparent. When the full extent of water damage was discovered we discussed the options and amount of work needed to fix it; and all of the additional fees were clear and fair. Moreover, they didn't need to install sheetrock which they initially assumed and priced in, and Paul discounted the overall project price by that amount. I have never found a more conscientious and straightforward and trustworthy contractor than Paul and his guys. They were on time, they worked hard, they clearly take pride in their work and do it very very well. I had a very delicate situation since the only way to get to that side of the house is from neighbour's yard - scaffolding had to be on the neighbour's property with a young vulnerable tree right to the side of scaffolding. They took great care to be polite and careful with my neighbour's property, regularly cleaned up after themselves and were very careful not to disturb the neighbour's life. My wife has done a lot of work with various contractors in the past (she used to run a color consulting business) and was very impressed with their professionalism. I was extremely happy (thanks AgiesList!) to find Paul, and I can't recommend him enough. It's a no-brainer - you hire Paul, and all your big problems and al the unforeseen little details will be solved without you having to worry about it.

Michael was very easy to work with. We put in our request for a quote, Michael came out with a day or two, the work began within a week. We had several projects going on and Michael managed each piece of the work very smoothly. In addition, he was very communicative with us each day of the project. I have worked with other roofing companies and I will never go back - Dry Tech is fantastic!

The complete job took two days to repair framing, cover with siding and paint. High quality work, done efficiently.

They were able to fit me into their schedule in a short time. The team of guys were amazing! They assessed the problems with the deck, and got right to work. They discussed all progress with me, showing me exactly what they were doing and what was needed. Best of all - they were creative about designing and building a unique 'privacy fence.' I never would have thought of using the design they came up but I absolutely love it!! The final touch was the beautiful railing. I can't say enough good things about this company.

HAD THIS JOB ESTIMATED BY SEVERAL COMPANIES AND ABC WAS ABOUT 20% BELOW OTHER BIDS. A LITTLE SLOW IN RESPONDING TO INITIAL ESTIMATE REQUEST, BUT ONCE WORK WAS STARTED I FEEL THEY DID A GOOD JOB FOR THE PRICE. THEY USE CONTRACT CREWS WHICH CAN PROVIDE UNEVEN WORK QUALITY, BUT ROD(SUPERVISOR) WILL MAKE SURE THE JOB IS DONE RIGHT OR ELSE HE WON''T CHARGE YOU.

My father had a heart attack and was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and needed quadruple bypass. I hopped on a plane from San Francisco with my 2 kids and arrived at my parents house in NJ and I really couldn't get over the state of the house when I arrived. Clearly my father has been sick for quite some time and allowed the house to deteriorate. There was flooding water sitting on the foundation of the back of house due to lack of gutters, paint peeling off everywhere, and the front steps were missing bricks and a hazard to all that would walk up them. They did beautiful work and my mom, dad, and myself could not be more pleased with the outcome. Vic was superb to work with--I texted him all kind of questions and he got back to me in an instant and would pick up the phone every time I called. I highly recommend using Magnolia and we are actually going to get a few more things done to the house (windows. some cement patio/sidewalks and driveway) in a few months when things settle down with my dad and we look forward to seeing Vic and his great crew again.

They did an excellent job and the windows are gorgeous and extremely functional! They have transformed the cabin from funky and creaky to warm, well-insulated and quiet. The windows function perfectly, are made of beautiful fir and look perfect in our cabin. The crew was very professional--did exactly what they said they'd do, kept the job site clean, and did everything all on time. We could not be happier with the job.

Precision Built has done numerous jobs for us over the past few years and we have always been very happy. Most recently, we had them out to repair some of the siding on the house to prepare for painting the exterior. Now the exterior looks good as new. They also installed the electrical service for a mini-split air conditioner that we had installed and it works great.

During a visit, my sister suggested that my house needed painting, but also mentioned that I should have a few things fixed before I did that. I hired Mike Allen to fix those things. He finished the work in three days. I liked his work so much that I asked his advice regarding another, larger, problem with the house, and the following month he started that project (which I will mention in a separate review).
