Launched

On VIP, a site is considered launched when

a custom domain has been assigned as the Primary Domain (for WordPress multisites this applies to the root site, ID 1)
the DNS for the Primary Domain is pointed at VIP
and a TLS certificate has been installed for the Primary Domain.

The launched status of a site can also be referenced in the upper left hand area of the VIP Dashboard.
