Leadership Comes From Within
For 25 years IAC has fostered the kind of leaders who favor passion over pedigree, rising to challenges over resumes. Our Fellows program brings this philosophy to life to help high achieving students from underserved and under-resourced communities become the galvanizing forces they were meant to be.
Our Impact
Our goal isn’t just to help our Fellows succeed academically. This immersive, multi-year, multi-business program is designed to engage the full person, remove barriers to growth, and give our Fellows the foundation for leading a successful and fulfilling life.
Our Approach
Four years. Dozens of businesses. IAC Fellows join as young as college freshmen and stay for up to four years, rotating across a diverse set of IAC businesses from Dotdash to The Daily Beast in the form of competitively paid eight to ten-week summer internships that put Fellows in the trenches, testing their skills in real world scenarios. Fellows gain exposure to different business models, functions and roles with access to IAC leadership as mentors and coaches. In addition to being paid, Fellows receive an academic stipend following the completion of each internship. If a Fellow is hired by IAC or any of our businesses post-graduation, IAC will pay off their school loans in their entirety.
Unlocking Full Potential
Sailing on the Hudson River. Private backstage tours of Julliard and The Whitney Museum. Shakespeare in the Park and dinner with the cast. Getting up close and personal with artists and industry luminaries. We aim to support our Fellows total well-being. Thanks to IAC’s robust network of alumni and local partners, Fellows go beyond our four walls to enjoy unique experiences offering creative inspiration and freedom.
