I think I found a bug. When I put a Related Posts Gutenberg Block at the bottom of a post the default Related Posts disappear which is really nice. However once I put the Related Posts block into a group of reusable blocks, it seems that Jetpack is no longer able to detect the use of the RP Block so now I get two sets of related posts.
