We hired Aspen to remove an old deck and replace it with a paver patio. The process of getting the estimate was quick and easy. Gary inspected the deck and sent us photos of similar projects along with a bid, which we accepted. The crew that did the work was fantastic. They removed the old deck in a day, took another day to lay the base for the new patio, and completed the project in two more days. The original estimate was for 7-10 days, so basically half the time as estimated! The bid included an allowance for restoration and reseeding areas of the lawn where the construction traffic occurred. However, the work crew was so careful that the amount of lawn damage was minimal. We proposed removing that from the project, and the final payment was reduced to reflect it. We did have 3 add-ons to the project. Two items were problems that were hidden by the old deck. The third item was a request to fashion a step down to integrate with a ground-level patio. The additional cost of these items was reasonable. We are loving our new patio and wishing that we had done it years ago!

From the beginning of the project to the very end, Loren and his team were great! Loren and his crew were very professional and customer oriented. They re-graded/sloped both the back and side yard, installed brick edging and rock throughout and re-seeded. AT the end of the project, his team ensured the whole yard was raked and power washed the driveway too. We highly recommend Loren and his team for any landscaping project. Austin and his crew did a good job on our project. They resloped our front yard, put in new sod, and removed old rail road ties in our window well and replaced them with retaining wall pavers. He wasn't the cheapest bid, but he had good reviews and was communicative, and we're happy we went with his company. He was professional and got the job done quickly. We were happy and would recommend his services.

They came up with good plans to do exactly what I wanted. I had to stay in touch to keep the project going but they always got back to me promptly. They cleaned up after themselves and even completed additional projects, including repairing my steps. They did an excellent job with all of the work with custom fencing also.
