Can you confirm the errors you are receiving?
Do you know if the errors are from the API, or are they generated from the code you are using to connect to the API?
Can you also give an example of what you are trying to query? IE, a specific product, all products, etc.
Could also be a result of server side changes, particularly if you haven’t run any updates on your side. Would also help if you could post your status report here (as found under **WooCommerce > System Status**).
Hey guys, providing all that I know as I wait for Tradegecko Support to chime in.
We found out that whenever we send a request to retrieve the products from Woocommerce, it is sending us back an error.
The error occurs when the request get passed filterpost_status=publishedas a parameter.
The way it works is we have TG request info from Woo via API connection (to my understanding). After pulling the info, TG and Woo sync products and some product parameters. The initial breakdown is that we cannot pull the info from Woo and therefore products are not syncing. What is interesting is that no changes occured before the breakdown to cause the breakdown. What we did try is upgrading WP to latest version and ensuring with Host that all security parameters are in good and updated working order.
MySQL shouldn’t be a problem after constulting with TG and Host, as WP will work with current version and Host has no plans on updating to 5.6 for a little while longer.

I’m afraid we can’t provide much help if the solution is custom-coded through the API. If you can provide the cURL request you’re using to query a product we could perhaps see if you’re doing something incorrectly(maybe you’re using the old API?), but we couldn’t troubleshoot the custom integration.
