Now that we have print stylesheets live for lesson plans and workshops, there's a lot of value in calling attention to this for lesson plans specifically. Adding a "print this page" link to the lesson plan template would be really valuable - it can appear underneath the lesson plan meta data in the sidebar and, if my memory serves correctly, it should just have to trigger window.print() since all we need to do is use the default browser printing function.
