Ian has a great attitude and is clearly eager to please. He has limited experience experience so he may be figuring things out along the way but he makes up for that with his get it done attitude. For complex jobs, I may consider a master craftsman but as general handyman, I will definitely be using him again. I appreciate his desire to carve out a career for himself

Spoke with Mike the owner in the morning about issue, Drew came out same day and used snake to unclog drain. Very efficient and courteous, reasonable price for 2 hours of work. Very conscious about keeping everything clean as he used snake to clean drain. Will definitely use again and highly recommend. Thank you so much for your help fixing problem.

Nathan came after our warranty company sent a crappy company LYNNCO who misdiagnosed and did nothing to try to solve our problem. We were almost a month without a washer fooling with them. I was connected with Nathan and he was very understanding and patient to our initial desire to have the warranty company rectify the situation-stay away from AHS. We ended up calling him back and he came out and worked diligently to figure out what our issue was. It was a combination of things but he did get our drain unclogged and our washer working without overflowing onto the floor! It was not the plumbing vent like the first company said. Thanks Nathan.
