Unlaunched

On VIP, a site is considered unlaunched when

it does not yet have a custom domain assigned as the Primary Domain (for WordPress multisites this applies to the root site, ID 1)
and is only accessible via the convenience domain.

The unlaunched status of a site can also be referenced in the upper left hand area of the VIP Dashboard.
