  Well, apparently a long panel garage door CANNOT be made with SUNSET window styles; however, no one from Home Dept notified us of this. So after the door was installed and they wanted us to come outside and look at it and sign off on the job - we were shocked! It looked horrible. There were two windows and 3 feet in between - it is very difficult to get the SUNSET look with a huge white gap in the center. We fought with Ross Park Mall store for a week, then called the Customer Svc folk in Georgia who were able to assist us and get a new garage door. Initially, thru the store, they only wanted to give us a 10% discount, but the garage door looked ridiculous. READ YOUR CONTRACT CAREFULLY and it will state your rights and we were well within our rights, since this error was made by the worker who FORCED the computer to accept ''long Panel'' and ''Sunset style windows'' - he over rided the computer which should not have let him accept those choices, YET quality control did not catc

  After getting a ridiculous quote for a dishwasher drain pump and the "intensive" labor, I was trying to figure out how much the pump REALLY cost. &nbsp;I looked up the part through your website and it was $50 less. &nbsp;I also read some comments that suggested it wasn't all that difficult to do on my own. &nbsp;Read some descriptions, even found a youtube video. &nbsp;I know I could have called for support, but I didn't need to! &nbsp; <br> <br>The other repair place treated me like I was a foolish woman and I wouldn't understand what was involved. &nbsp;On a scale of 1 (being easy) to 10 (being difficult), I'd say this was about a 3. &nbsp;I just replaced the pump this morning and it's working great. &nbsp;Took me about 25 minutes all by myself. &nbsp; <br> <br>This whole thing cost me less than $100 and those expects were going to charge me $320! &nbsp

  I contacted them via their website and they answered fairly promptly. &nbsp;The microwave was competitively priced. &nbsp;The delivery wasn't cheap but no higher than anyone else. &nbsp;They called in advance to reschedule but when they did deliver, they came withing the window they said. &nbsp;The delivery and set up was fine. &nbsp;They waited until I tested the new microwave (to make sure it worked) before leaving

  I was so pleased with the installation. The workers (Matt and Brandon) were prompt and friendly and cleaned up at the end. The work was done in less than 3 days except for the backsplash. A week after installation was completed, I had a major plumbing problem not associated with the installation. My plumber had to cut a hole in the back wall under the sink to replace a leaking pipe. Matt made a piece to fit in the back to cover the hole. They went above and beyond

  Metro was recommended by a friend who had the same work done several years ago. My house already had A/C but the upstairs was NEVER cool enough in warm weather and ceiling fans only pushed around hot air. I didn't want ugly window or wall units. My initial call to Metro in the fall of 2017 was promptly answered and within the week, Mark Russell visited my home to provide a quote. He was very courteous, professional, friendly and took the time to explain the installation in detail, answered all questions and addressed my concerns. I opted to have the installation done in February 2018 and then have Metro come back in the spring to actually start up the unit. The day of the install, the men were VERY CLEAN!! I requested that they isolate where the ceiling registers were to be installed by hanging plastic from the ceiling to encompass the work area to keep dirt from flying all over the rooms. They did that as well as wore booties while in the house. Regardless, I still expected to come home to a lot of clean up... surprise! My house was amazingly clean! They set the unit in the attic, installed ductwork to ceiling registers in each upstairs room, a cold-air return in the hall ceiling, the thermostat in the hall, the outside unit on a pad next to the existing unit and ran all lines from attic to outside unit (neatly tucked alongside gutter downspout). As it turned out, the thermostat kept malfunctioning and they discovered they had received a bad batch as mine wasn't the only faulty unit. Mark said that when they came back in the spring for the initial start-up, they'd replace it. Fast forward to May 2018 - Metro returned to replace the thermostat, start up the unit and I am thoroughly enjoying comfortable upstairs temperatures - sleep is actually possible and no more sweating as soon as I get out of the shower! Thanks Mark &amp; Metro, worth every penny!

  On a phone conversation, they diagnosed my problem; the main bearing is worn out and they don't sell the individual parts, so I would need a costly new drum to effect a repair. He told me I would be better off getting a new washer on a Black Friday sale. Washer is &gt;10 years old, so I agreed. The guy on the phone (I'm terrible with names, sorry) was friendly and knowledeable, and he saved me a service fee for a visit
