Given our country's current situation, Jonathan and the staff made us feel comfortable and safe in the store while conducting our transaction. We met with Jonathan and told him what we were looking for. Within minutes, we had our TV in hand and he gave us the best deal around. After numerous searches online and finding only Chinese generic parts which, according to the reviews, rarely fit and rarely met specifications, I decided to try to find the exact OEM replacement. All Bergen Appliance answered the phone on the first ring and said they had the part in stock. I drove over and was very pleased to find that they had the exact Whirlpool belt, made in USA. It installed perfectly in my old dryer, and now everything is working great. I will definitely call them again for any parts or service that I need

    We had continuous water leaking from the bottom of our Sub-Zero refrigerator. I called Universe in the morning and they were very responsive. The techinican was at my house as promised between 1p.m.-3p.m. The issue was diagnosed immediately. The technician needed to order a drain line heater part which would be installed the next day. I recieved a call the next day to install the ordered part. The technician arrived as the time I was told, and the ordered part was installed. We were very impressed with Universe. They were very punctual and courteous. I would call Universe for any other needs and recommend them

    I had a great experience with Universe. We converted an ancient oil system to gas. As promised, Universe coordinated gas line installation and all other major facets of the conversion. All I had to do was submit the rebate form. I should start by saying that this was not an easy conversion. They did it in the middle of an awful July heat wave. There was trouble removing the original burner. And, we had a steam return line that was routed through the legs of our oil tank. The return line was cut and re-routed so that it would hug the wall and remain out of sight. They did have to return a second time to complete the installation due to the return line and also due to poor placement of the burner. After being asked to tuck the burner into the back corner, the first crew did the opposite and placed the burner and water heater so that they effectively cut off a 3 x 3 corner of my basement, rendering it inaccessible and useless. The burner also blocked a wall where i intended to place a door to a storage area. I called and explained the situation. They sent a manager named Tim right away. Tim looked at the work and explained that it would be a tight fit to arrange the systems as I wanted. He then arranged to have a second crew come in and do the work at no extra charge. The second crew came and did an excellent job. The unit was tucked away right where i envisioned it and I can now put in the door I wanted

    Burner King came highly recommended to me from our neighbor and although we didn't use them for our gas conversion, I WISH we had! They were more affordable and I know they would have gone out of their way to get the job done right and ON TIME! Burner King is well known for their conversions for a reason, and I regret not signing with them. We ended up hiring a plumber that we had used in the past, which has taken longer and has been more stressful than it would have been with Burner King. When I was ready to pull out of my other contract, I contacted Burner King and spoke with Toni-ann, who did everything in her power to reassure me and walk me through the process. I am forever grateful to her for taking the time out of her busy day. Burner King has earned a life-long customer with me going forward
