Repaired a large hole in the stucco on the side of home. Blended it well to the existing stucco. Very happy.

Dale arrived on time and, using an air chisel, worked quickly to chip the cleanly-cut stucco around the new door so that the new stucco could be blended with the old (which he hauled away). He installed additional felt paper to extend under the existing building paper, installed metal lath, and neatly blended the new stucco into the old. Total time from start to finish was approximately 2 hours. As he predicted a few hair-line cracks formed once the stucco was dry. Overall he did a fantastic job matching the finish of the new stucco to the existing stucco.

Caledonia Plastering & Stucco did an excellent job. They broke out existing stucco and used high quality paper and wire. The area surrounding my main electric panel was made water tight. Then they applied new stucco and it matches the 50 year old stucco perfectly. I'm very happy and confident the workmanship will last.

Pedro came out when he said he was going to and did a terrific job on stucco -ing a large section on my house. He also applied stucco to a large retaining wall and matched the texture perfectly. We were very happy with his work.

We replaced some windows and removed an exterior door. This left holes in the stucco which needed to be filled. We called Rebozzi and they came out within a few days. They did the necessary chipping, added the necessary paper and lath, and did the stucco. Cupertino requires two separate inspections for stucco work and Rebozzi worked with us on that. They were prompt and professional. It was a little expensive, but worth it.

The work required two visits. The first visit was to install the paper, wire, and stucco scratch coat. The crew determined additional breakout of the existing stucco was necessary. They did this work without additional charge. The second visit was to apply the stucco top coat and texture it. The crew installed three replacement foundation vents at no additional charge. The crews did an excellent job on the stucco work. The top coat texture is well matched to the rest of the house, and the edges are feathered in well. In addition, the preparation work and the masking off to protect the windows and the patio was done well. I experienced problems with scheduling for both visits. I communicated this to Michael and am satisfied with his response. I also experienced problems with the clean up and disposal of the stucco slurry. The worker from The Stucco Man did an excellent job. He really went the extra mile to do the work for me. He was very knowledgeable and extremely well qualified. He was prompt and here all the time. I had no problems with him whatsoever. There was a little language barrier but it didn?t get in the way. I thought the prices were very fair. The work was excellent and just really first rate.

Manual worked with me to get the stucco trimmed back for my paving job. Then he redid the stucco and put a brown coat on. That itself looked much better than the old stucco. Then came shelter in place and he couldn't get the final coating for about a month and a half. At the very end of May he got the coating and finished the job. (The job started the middle of December.) He and his crew are hard workers and pay attention to detail. I would not hesitate to hire them again. The house looks great.

Jorge is the owner of the business. He was a referral from the great framing contractor on my new build. The Stucco work was just completed yesterday and considerig the whole experience, I cannot praise him enough. The quote process was easy. He was very responsive and easy to work with. Pricing wise he was very competitive but I was impressed that although he had a team, he was the main person doing the stucco work. I bring this up because the two other companies that I called said they "had guys" they would send to do the work. Jorge listened to my concerns on cracking and we discussed measures to minimize the risk. Once settled on a price, every day that he and his team were here to work, they arrived promptly at 7am and worked all day. A lot of progress was made in a short period of time. The area around the walls being coated was kept tidy - don't get me wrong, stucco is messy, but they kept the area clean between work days. When the time came for the final coat (with color) we started with the small color charts, like paint, but discovered that once mixed our first choice just looked very different on a large surface. (Test on a large board!). He made two different runs to get samples of two additional colors until we were happy and never sounded "put out" by the additional requests but rather continued to make sure that we were happy with the texture/color, etc. So to wrap up, the addition looks beautiful and here I am looking for a way to help others, who might feel a little lost finding the right stucco guy. Call him. You will be glad you did.

I am super pleased with Jones Masonry! They did a spectacular job of repairing leaks near my two chimneys on a 1930s home. This home is so old, the gutters are made of redwood, no kidding. They were able to fix some significant cracks in my stucco at the same time, and replace one of my spark arrestors. I got a complete estimate on the sport with the inspection. On the day of repairs, they were on time (early, but waited before ringing my bell, thanks!) got it done quickly and showed me in detail what they had done. I am very happy with them and highly recommend them to others.

I kept having a water leak. They found the source in the second story of the house. I though it was a roofing problem so I had roofers come out. He had one of his o=men come out with a big ladder. He stood on the roof with the hose while I stood inside and the water came through. They detected the source and fixed everything. They were very meticulous, covered my awning and cleaned up afterward. When they did the final stucco work it blended in perfectly. I would definitely use them again without hesitation.

Very responsive and easy to communicate with! Called back and provided estimate same day and was able to complete the work within the week. I appreciated the time they took to explain what was going to be done and why and provided options with pros and cons. Cleaned up job site well after all was completed.

It is an owner operated company. The owner himself actually comes out and does the measures. They were very clean and professional. We had several of the windows were in stucco, this was the important thing about them that differentiates them from other companies. They’re a full-service contractor so they did the demo on the stucco. We had water damage from the previous windows, so they pulled back the stucco as far as needed to remove any damaged wood, and they do all the repairs. They replaced all the stucco and trim inside and out. From start to finish they do the entire job from in-house. They are all their own contractors. The only thing that we had to do when they were done was paint. Their stucco work was really excellent. They did a really good job at matching the stucco that could not really tell that the windows had been replaced. There was some window damage that occurred somewhere along the line. There was a damaged unit, these were Milgard windows and they handled replacing the damaged unit. They had to come back to do that at a later date. They handled that quickly and everything was resolved. Stuff happens and even in that diversity they didn’t drop the ball.
