Top Sink Reglazing in San Francisco

This company did an excellent job in reglazing my bathtub and damaged parts of my kitchen sink. The person who came to my house for the work arrived on time and did a superb job. He finished the job faster than expected and the results look great. I highly recommend this company for anyone who needs bathtub or sink reglazing. Both my bathtub and my kitchen sink look brand new after their work. I am highly pleased with the results.

Tub looked "like new" after repair. However, primary reason we called them out was to repair and reglaze our 10-yr old porcelain kitchen sink, which is under-mounted a granite countertop. Dale tried to use some chemicals to clean it (at no charge), but the sink has several chips and is stained, so no improvement. He also tried to dissuade us from re-finishing stating that they weren't able to warranty the work (due to heavy use of kitchen sinks), saying that they'd do it only "if we insisted", but that they wouldn't recommend it. Replacing the sink is a several thousand dollar venture, so that's not the most-desirable option either. So, after all that, we're where we started on the kitchen sink, which is kind of disappointing. Note that we have called other Repair & Refinishing companies in the area, and none want to tackle a kitchen sink, so it's not necessarily a knock on Miracle.

They kept the appointment that was scheduled. They were on time. They did a careful and thorough job, and the sink came out great.

Absolutely a beautiful job, both the sink and tub look brand new, with all the charm of being from the 1920's. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional.

I had bathtub and bathroom sink that were installed 50 years ago, and you could see the age in all cracks and stains. Didn't have money for the bathroom renovation, so I decided to refresh it. I contacted Mr Bathtub company, they gave me estimation over the phone and explained the process. I liked the price, and I made an appointment with them. The contractor came in time, was very patient and careful about our apartment. First part of the project took about 3 hours, then he left. Next day he came again and finished the job in about 1-1.5 hours. Results are great! Bathtub and the sink look brand new. Tenants love it. I will definitely call Mr Bathtub if I need to restore any other tubs, sinks, or countertops.

I called EZ Bathtub Reglazing to get an estimate on chip repair and refinishing of a kitchen sink and two bathroom sinks. I agreed to a service date and the estimate provided, though I was informed there would be no warranty on this kind of repair. I was contacted prior to the actual service date with a service reminder several days prior. Day of service, I was called asking if it would be OK if they arrived early; owner arrived as promised and work began. Fixtures were taped/masked, other surrounding surfaces were covered, and a fan was installed in the window in the kitchen; the sink's surface was then etched and patched/smoothed for final coating. Everything went well until the last step when an assistant marred a small spot in front of the sink as he was applying silicone caulking to the perimeter. (I didn't notice this until they had already left). Bathroom sinks went without a hitch. Upon discovering this and quot;oopsand quot;, I called immediately in hopes of having it remedied right away; owner then returned and attempted a repair by patching. He thought it would be OK, but told me if I wasn't satisfied the next day to call again. Repair was not in keeping with quality of the rest of work performed (finish did not match), so my wife called and owner subsequently returned and remedied the problem, buffing out the area. Be aware that there is pretty significant noise when this process is occurring, and also that chemicals used are unpleasant to smell. I don't know how prices compare with other companies- I went with EZ based on AngiesList recommendations and just wanted to get the job done. Overall, we have been very pleased with the results- even when there was a minor snafu, company responded in a professional and courteous manner, addressing said issue promptly. I would be comfortable giving this company my thumbs-up.

Dale was wonderful. He showed up on time and was done with all the work within the window arrival time. He definitely knows what he's doing. The ding (about the size of a 50 cent piece) is totally gone. Even knowing where it was does not help me find it. It is like it never happened. I highly recommend Miracle Method for any bathtub or sink repairs that you need. They also recommended me to replace the sink which had some rust on it, instead of doing the job anyway. I really appreciate that honesty and professional ethics.

I called and they quoted a price and made an appt over the phone. They called before coming and went right to work. Sealed off the room while they worked for about 2 hours and had it vented overnight. Came back the next morning after calling first and finished up. They were very neat and professional. they cleaned everything up. My sink looks like new.

It was the right price; we had done a couple of estimates. They were thorough in their explanation of the process and the timing on what it would take. It all went exactly as they described. I would refer them to people.

This is a process that will cover up old stains or unwanted color in a kitchen or bath. You don't have a lot of choice of color. White and off-white are our choices. However, it will save you work and expense of pulling out old tile and sinks. I had the process done about five years ago and eventually some stains started to show up, so I had a touch up done. The work done on the shower is still good.

Have had to return twice to re-do their work on kitchen sink. Not impressed. When asked what the technician was going to do differently on the second re-visit, was told that the tech would simply 'be more careful'. Not the answer I was looking for. Not terribly prompt about quick appts for re-do of their previous work, had to wait up to a week. They simply haven't done very high quality work and seem indifferent to problems with their previous work.

Fabulous job! Professional, efficient and great prep work. Our once beautiful porcelain sink looks like new. Have had it recoated once before by another company and what a beautiful difference this job is.

A half day was spent in the preparation. The next day he arrived late in the day and in 2 hours applied the finishes. I stayed out of the room for a week to be sure it was dry and cured. The bathroom was then used and we discovered that any water that stayed on the tub bleached out the color and that the finish had a sandy feel. Anything that was left on the countertop left an indentation in the finish and if any water stayed on it the finish changed from shiny to matte. There were several bubbles on the countertop and those peeled off to reveal a black color underneath. He had a 5 year guarantee on the tub and 1 year on the countertop. I wrote 2 letters to his PO box and then called twice, once talking to him and once leaving a message. He did not respond to my letters or phone encounters. The man who redid the tub took a lot longer to do the job and said that some ingredient must have been left out. The man who replaced the sink had the same comment.

Company came out on time. 1 sink came out fine. 2nd peeled around the drain area on the first day, and had 2 small pin holes. Company gave me warranty information, but I dont' think it's a national company that backs it up. Owner wouldn't reply to emails requesting warranty work. Ended up having to replace entire sink, causing more expense. Would not recommend.

We found them on Angie's List. Everything looks great. They did it quickly. They were very courteous. They stuck to our time schedule. The price was reasonable. Their efficiency was good. We've used them twice now and both times was very satisfactory.

My wife and I made the decision to have our kitchen counter tops re-grouted and after reviewing the various companies in our area, we choose The Grout Expert. Within a few days of setting up an appointment for a price quote, Tam, from The Grout Expert, inspected our kitchen and bathroom. Tam was very thorough, informative and honest regarding the various updates my wife and I were considering having done. With some of the updates we were considering, Tam said they were not necessary and to save our money! I respected and appreciated that type of feedback. Tam’s team did a great job re-grouting and re-sealing our kitchen counter tops. My wife and I are very happy with the results. We did have our kitchen sink re-finished, but that was done by another company. The kitchen sink looks great as well. In the bathroom, the caulking around the shower doors, the bath tub and bathroom sink needed to be replaced. The bathroom floor grout also needed to be cleaned. Tam’s team was very meticulous in removing the old caulking. They did a great job. Finally, Tam’s team also removed and replaced our old toilet with a high efficiency one, along with installing a new kitchen sink faucet we purchased locally. Overall, my wife and I are very happy with the end results and glad we chose The Grout Expert. We know who to call for future projects!

THESE GUYS ARE GREAT- REFINISH, DON'T REPLACE! I had 20yr old cultured marble vanity countertop and shower surround. I really didn't want the disruption, time and cost for replacing these items, AND I didn't want to have these items end up in a landfill. Jane and Ashlee were great in reviewing my needs and providing a timely bid. I wasn't sure of the color, and Dave helped out - I was down to 2 colors and he helped with the final decsion. Javier came out the next Monday and worked steadily each day (4-5 hours) to complete the job (1 day surface cleaning and prep, 1 day refinish, and 1 day final coating and clean up) This is a great company with a great product, and I would recommend Miracle Method rather than demolish everything and replace - that's too much money and too much time - Miracle Method will give you the desired results.

I recently purchased a condo in Rhonert Park as income property and thought I would need to replace the bathtub which was cracked and stained. My real estate agent told me about The Bathtub Medic, a company that resurfaces tubs and said a number of his clients had used them and recommended them highly. I called and spoke with the owner, Wayne, who was very professional and helpful. We set up an appointment for the following week, his technicians arrived on time and were a pleasure to deal with. Here's the best part: the tub looks AWESOME! It looks like I replaced it with a brand new tub for a fraction of the cost.! I love these guys! After seeing their work, I asked Wayne if he could resurface my bathroom sinks. After determining the type of surface on them, he told me I would be better off replacing the sinks because they would just crack again. He could have had another job but chose honesty over dollars. I am pleased with my kitchen sink. James was professional and seems to be vested in doing good work. Miracle offers two levels of service. The first level is completed in one day. You can chose to have them return and sand and polish. I decided to wait and inspect the sink and decided then I wanted them to come back the next day. There were numerous flaws due to specks of dirt. That would not have been acceptable to me. I wish I had had James keep the paper masking in place for the following day. I imagine he needed to take the paint tarps to the next job. But he did leave me the fan. You won't want to be in the area for about 6 hours as the odor is very caustic. The sanding and polishing did leave a fine white dust all over everything, even the floor, even though James indicated it would only impact the area closest to the sink. That isn't true in my experience. So you will want to do a good cleaning after the whole process is done. That will be made easier if you remove all things from your counters or other flat surfaces to another room and make sure everything is covered.

They showed up when they said they would. work was done efficiently and quickly (whole job took about a week). the communication was excellent between all the parties involved.
