FAST SIGNS DID EXACTLY WHAT WAS ASKED OF THEM. THE SIGN WAS READY WHEN WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD BE AND IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR. THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

The costs were inexpensive and less than I expected. I know people who have similar services done and paid twice as much with different companies. They performed fantastic work and got the sign to me very quickly. I knew exactly what I wanted and called their local office to produce the sign. The employees were great and the communication was very good without any problems. I’ve passed their name along to a couple other people. They custom designed the sign for me and they were very accommodating with the changes I wanted to make.

Their price was a little bit high. We had a great experience with them. The designer did all of the work with the city that we needed done and done it in a timely manner. She took care of everything we needed and it looks fabulous. She kept me updated with everything with the city in getting the designs done. We needed the monuments installed for a certain date and even though they didn't have it installed, they had the monuments in the property and install it later. We would use them again in the future.

I sent him the design and he was to order it for us, twice. He had forgotten to do it both times. He was courteous when I talked with him but he just forgot to do the work.

Able signs did a great job. The design they came up with was exactly what we were looking for. They built the sign and installed it within just a few weeks. I will definitely call them again.

Jeff was able to provide an accurate quote via email. I sent him photos and dimensions of the window. I made a few adjustments to the logo and took quite a while to get back to him, but he was very patient and quick to respond at all times. Once I gave him the 'ok' to proceed, he was out within 2 days for the installation. He was early and worked very efficiently. The finished product looks great!

THEY DID A GOOD JOB ON HAVING IT DONE ON TIME. THEY WERE ALSO VERY ORGANIZED IN PAPERWORK. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN TO DO ANY OTHER SIGNS I NEED.

EVERYONE THAT WORKS AT QUALITY SIGNS IS GREAT. OUR LEAGUE HAS BEEN DOING BUSINESS FOR MANY, MANY YEARS AND STILL MORE TO COME. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. THE PRICE IS ALSO CHEAP THERE TOO.

I was reminded recently about just how pleased I am with with the vinyl lettering that Sterling Impressions recently completed for me. One of my younger 'thirty something" neighbors was walking by my house where my truck was parked. He stopped and voluntarily told me that he really liked the new signage on my truck, saying that " It looks good, it's very concise and describes clearly what your company provides. I also like the font". I thanked him very sincerely and told him that was exactly what I was hoping for. Many friends have also commented on my truck's new look, but I was very happy to hear such a complimentary and unsolicited comment from someone who didn't know me personally. This occasion reminded me that I have been remiss and should share my experience on "The List". We have always purchased our School 84 tee shirts and basketball team's shirts from Eric and have always been quite pleased. My daughter still has hers and you can find others in the resale shops in Broadripple, still looking good. So when I was wanting to letter my truck, I called Eric and asked him where I should go. I was very happy when he said "We can do that for you". The whole process was smooth and easy. I created a scaled example on Microsoft Publisher and emailed to Eric. He found the font that I requested and emailed me a proof of what he was proposing along with suggestions about the specific location of my company's phone number on each side of the van. Eric called me when the work was ready. He told me to wash my truck really well and come to his shop where he installed the lettering in about 30 minutes. He explained the benefits and durability of the particular vinyl that he used and assured me that it would look good for many years. well, so far so good!
