Nefi was great! He was very responsive, and he thoroughly explained what he would do and what all the costs would be during the quote call. He showed up early on the Installation day, was extremely professional and did a very precise installation. He notices everything and makes meaningful suggestions. I would recommend Nefi in a heartbeat to do any sort of small construction or repair job. My wife and I are busy making a list of tasks for him to do next.

Ben came in December 2012 to give an estimate but said the bathroom needed repairs done first or there might be problems with installation. I had tub area repaired and retiled. Ben checked measurements a second time another day just to be sure as measurements were non-standard. Shower door looks great!

We got referred by our neighbor and the staff there are very professional. The price is reasonable and it is even lower than the quote we got from our general contractor. Three staff came over to install our oversized shower door and it went all well. It did get a lit leak in the corner, we called them and they came over right away and help us fix it. I will definitely use them in future.

THEY MEASURED FOR, MANUFACTURED, AND INSTALLED CUSTOM SIZE ALL GLASS SHOWER DOOR AND ENCLOSURE FOR THE MASTER BATH. ALL BEAUTIFULLY DONE. THE SHOWER ENCLOSURE FOR THE TUB WAS STANDARD SIZE BUT THEY HAD A NUMBER OF FINISHES AND HARDWARE TO CHOOSE FROM. RECOMMENDED BY A CONTRACTOR.

looks great! Quality door. Installer did a nice job. They are a little hard to get a hold of-you havr to call them and then the estimator calls you to schedule a home visit. ZOnce that's done everything went very smoothly.

This company made a special weatherproof seal for a door with rain glass. They also custom made the handle for the shower door. This shower is great. It has eight showerheads and two handheld showerheads.

PLUMBER ARRIVED ON TIME FOR BOTH ESTIMATE & INSTALLATION. HE WAS POLITE & KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS WORK. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT THE DELIVERY OF THE DOORS WAS MUCH LATER THAN PROMISED; HOWEVER, THE JOB LOOKED VERY GOOD AFTER THE DOORS WERE INSTALLED.

Luis came to the house to measure for the custom mirror and shower and provided a quote. Stated lead time was 2 weeks after bid was accepted and 50% deposit. Actual lead time was 1 week. The installer was scheduled, arrived on time and installed both in about 2 hrs. He was very professional and took care not to damage walls or adjoining cabinet during install.

Re-Bath was easy to talk to, since the first day when it came to present me with an estimate of the service. Whenever I had a question about the service it was easy to get a human being on the phone. When I realized that the shower door that I had chosed was not going to work, Re-Bath made the change and even gave me back some money, for the original shower door was more expensive. I was awfully well impressed with the whole service. My only suggestion is that the customer should have the written description of the work to be done as well as the design of the work. I visualize something different about the cabinets but the difference of opinion was easily solved.

The Installer arrived on Time. Proceeded to explain the process and then started on the Main Shower. He worked on the section for a Day and half. Removed the existing shower pan and fixture. Installed new flooring under the new pan. Installed the surround shower and fixtures. Installed the new shower door and caulked all the edges. He then proceeded to the lower shower. Re-piped the water lines and installed new drywall. Installed the new surround and like the upper shower installed the fixtures, shower door, and final caulking. Both showers work and look great.

The entire experience was very pleasant. Speaking with the office to set up the estimate and installation was very straightforward. The estimator was very helpful in letting me know what my options were and letting me know on the spot the price differences associated with the different options. The installers were on time, very professional, and did a great job. I think from start to finish I got my new shower door installed in less than a week. I'm writing this review after I've used this company again for a second shower door about a year later.

I had already been working with Katerina to get a quote for some new kitchen cabinets, and had made multiple trips to their showroom in San Carlos. During my initial trip, I noticed some frame-less sliding shower doors for a 5-foot tub on display in their showroom. I had also been shopping for new shower doors, for three separate bathrooms I'll be remodeling, and these doors were perfect for one of the bathrooms. These particular frame-less shower doors were brushed nickel, they have large ball-bearing wheels bolted through the top of each glass door panel, the glass is 5/16" thick glass, and they just all-around better quality than most of all the other shower doors I've looked at. Katerina showed me all the shower doors on display in her showroom, demonstrated them, and showed me all their features. She is knowledgeable of all the products and brands they carry at Best Buy Cabinets, and she's very easy to work with. It was a fantastic price, so I made the decision to purchase a set for one of the three bathrooms. The purchase and pickup were both easy, without any problems. All-in-all I had a great experience working with Katerina, and a fantastic deal buying from Best Buy Cabinets!

I purchased the big deal and the contractor called me to tell me that he won't do repair work that he only works on new bathroom remodels. I purchased the deal for repair work since on the deal it clearly states tune up and hardware change out or replacement and drywall replacement just what I am wanting. It even says shower door installation and I was wanting my shower door swapped out as well. I feel like for $189.00 what was he expecting me to get remodeled?

One of the services representatives was abrupt and impatient. Other than that, the service was fine.

M&M remodeled our relatively small master bathroom, including re-tiling the shower, installing new shower door, toilet, light fixture, vanity, countertops, sink, and medicine cabinet. The finished product looks fantastic. We are especially happy with the new shower-it looks amazing and makes the room look much bigger. There were a few shortcomings--the project was estimated at 1 to 1.5 weeks and took about 5 all in. However, if time is not a huge concern, M&M does a great job. In sum, although we were a little frustrated with the delays, it was worth the wait. We always trusted that M&M would get it done right. Note: We paid M&M $9K. We provided the materials (minus countertop and shower door). Materials cost roughly $2K. So total cost for remodel = $11K.

We found Crow on Craigs List and decided to hire him after he came out to our place to give us an estimate. He has a good design eye. We told him the general idea of what we wanted, and he skillfully and creatively filled in the blanks. He was very flexible and accommodated our requests. His estimates were accurate and he was professional and a good human being. We plan to ask him to remodel our other bathroom and kitchen.
