They are efficient. They did the job really well. I've had them years before so I'm familiar with their work. It was fine. There was no problem and everything was great. They also give senior citizens discount. Their price and quality is good.

In the beginning, there was a bit of miscommunication but eventually they took care of it. On the whole, everything went alright.

The experience was really good. When he told us that we needed a new one my husband asked if he had one on his truck and he said yes but that it was a really expensive one. He offered to go to the local home improvement store and pick one up since it would be less expensive. We agreed and he did, instead of selling us the more expensive one. He did the work, cleaned up and was polite. He went above and beyond to save us some money so we couldn?t be happier. His price was competitive.

Double sinks in the kitchen backed up, Quick Plumbing to the rescue. They completed the job quickly, arrived in excellent time and my Angies List coupon lowered the price by $25.00 We also received a reasonable estimate to rearrange and replace some of the weakened old and overly complicated pipes - planned to have the work done Monday but had to call them back in sooner as our newly rotor rooted pipes decided they wouldn't wait. will update once service occurs.

It's a really good company. They really treat everybody well and I just couldn't ask for a better service.

They did some services for me. It was pretty stupid and all he had to do was reset the garbage disposal. They were on time.

I don't remember many details, but they convinced me I really needed to get my sewer pipes reamed out. Maybe that was true...but it shot the charges sky-high, which really was a setback for me. Afterwards I felt like I'd been had, as they got me worried about my plumbing ever working well again and talked me into the expensive service. (Actually I'd need to check my invoice to see if this is the correct branch of RotoRooter that came to my home.)

I WAS HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. WE HAVE USED OTHER PLUMBERS, BUT ROTO-ROOTER ALWAYS HAS THE LOWEST PRICE. THE PLUMBERS ARE NEAT AND CLEAN IN APPEARANCE.

ROTO ROOTER SERVICE TECH # 72 WAS PROFESSIONAL AND ON TIME. HE WAS COURTEOUS, CLEANED UP HIS MESS, AND WAS INFORMATIVE. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS GOOD.

ROTO ROOTER WAS UNDERSTANDING OF THE PROBLEM. THEY CAME OUT IN SHORT NOTICE. HAD THE PROBLEM FIXED AND WERE ON THEIR WAY. THE MAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FAST.

Terry did a great job-all of the above-very professional,on time,diagnosed the problem. I have used Roto Rooter in the past with not such good results. My mom used Roto Rooter very recently and had bad experience-they had to come back 3 times for a simple interior toilet repair-she lives in Lafayette,CA. I've used this Roto Rooter twice. Once three years ago and this visit. They were able to come out same day. The two men that came to the house to perform the work were very professional, and work was completed in an hour or two. I think we paid a bit more for Roto Rooter, but I would definitely hire them again.

The work went very well. They were professional and did a good job. They guaranteed their work. I would recommend them and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Snaked kitchen and lower shower drains. They arrived within 30 minutes and it took about one hour to complete. I have been using them for years. No complaints.

I use them all the time. They are very good. I don't recall the cost being too much and I used the coupon. When a lot of plumbing companies are really busy, they always seem to have a line open where you can get through and they can see you usually within a couple of hours. To me they are very reliable and always seem to have someone available.

I had a very good experience with this particular gentleman in this company. His name was Cal Trip. He did twice the job and charged me half the price. I have used them before and not had the best experience. I have just had an average experience. He really went that extra mile. I would recommend him to anybody. He had a pretty significant background in plumbing and was so efficient with his time. I had them out here before. There were a couple of guys who couldn't figure out what the problem was and didn't really know what they were doing. They charged me a lot of money. They ended up fixing my immediate problem, but not really giving me any direction as to how to solve the problem permanently. I will ask for him if I ever have to call them.

He was great. He was honest. Actually, when he arrived the drain had fixed itself. He told that I didn’t have to rooter it. It was actually a good thing that I did because when he did go down he told that I have got a root issue. So he did find another issue. All I had to pay for is the service call because the drain had fixed itself by the time he got here.

The one time I didn’t use Roto Rooter was the only time I had problems. I use them any time I need plumbing so I don’t even think about the price anymore.
