COMPLETE DRYWALL SVC
Guillermo Hernandez of Complete Drywall and Plaster is simply the best! While the rest of my 1906 house was in great condition, the plaster in the kitchen was covered in cracks. But Guillermo is even more of a perfectionist than I am, and there isn't one tiny flaw in the completed job! He's reliable, totally honest, timely, fair, and full of knowledge. He's a pleasure to work with and someone who takes pride in his craftsmanship. He went out of his way to be sure I made my deadline. I wouldn't call anyone else for plaster or drywall!

Frederick Jones Painting And Decorating
F.Jones came to give estimate for the job. Had fairly gaping whole in living room ceiling due to water damage. He recommended someone else for the plastering job, who was equally good, and got the job done quickly. I appreciated that F. Jones advised me that the plastering was beyond his usual work and recommended an expert. F. Jones then came back after plastering was done and did the paint promptly and professionally. He also provided paint samples and gave me choices on quality of paint. I am a pretty busy person and F Jones put up with my lack of responsiveness, at times, quite professionally and politely. Was very pleased with the job.

The quotation and scheduling (we had a very small window in which to complete this work) went smoothly. After scraping and re-plastering (2-3 days work) the plaster had to dry for a couple days prior to painting. Unfortunately the furnace in the house didn't work and it was remarkably cold that week, so the plaster wasn't dry when the painters arrived. We rescheduled the painting for a couple days later. The painting took 2 days, but then we noticed cracks in two ceiling. The company was very responsive and sent out a couple of guys to fix the cracks. After repainting (which we postponed for a month or two for other reasons) one of the crack repairs was atrocious - one looked really good. The original estimator came out to look and agreed that the entire ceiling in that room had to be re-skimmed with plaster. The work was finally completed and the ceilings look great. There was a lot more plaster splatter and mess than I would have expected.

Unique Plastering came out gave us a bid on re-stucco on the back of our house. Manny gave us the quote and I said, Hired....I didn't even interview anyone else. Manny was professional and knew what he was talking about. Unique Plastering came out when they said they would and did the job, and cleaned up everything upon finishing. The quality of the work was fantastic and they will always be first choice for us.

They were able to match the nearly flat "Crow's Feet" original texture of the walls. Many other places which do drywall and texture just want to do it quickly, such as with spray on plaster, which would've been far too lumpy (and not match anyhow). Ron and Salvador were friendly, quick, and very good about prepping, cleanup and being neat. Ron was also very knowledgeable about interior texture and drywall styles, and is willing and capable about restoring (matching) an old type of plastering.

I have used One Stop Plastering twice in August 2014 to perform stucco resurface work. I wrote a most favorable review after the first project was completed. This is a follow-up after the second project. The second project entailed the resurfacing of 2,250 square feet of carport area at a six unit apartment building. The ceiling and walls of the carport had been opened for plumbing and structural repairs in the past and the patch over did not blend well. Ken and his crew performed exceptionally well. The area was power washed and then an adhesive cement based compound was skim applied to level the surface. The next day the crew applied the finish coat using an acrylic-stucco mixed compound. The job took three days. The crew left the site clean every night for the tenants. The work resulted in a uniform look on all surfaces. Even the painting contractors commented on how well the resurfacing was performed. I could not be happier with the quality of workmanship and the interpersonal interactions by Ken and his crew. Being detailed oriented I asked many questions during the progress of the work and everyone was very patient and pleasant to answer them. I highly recommend their services.
