Excellent experience. Richard took a look at my washing machine and knew exactly what was wrong with it. We obtained the part and Richard installed it. Richard is very knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn't use ayone else now.

The labor charges were excessive for less than approximately 5 minutes of installation. I felt ripped off when I had time to review the charges. I can live the the overpriced replacement part but I cannot for the life of me understand how 5 minutes of work costs $189.95. I would NOT RECOMMEND DE ANZA APPLIANCE as the work in relation to the price of labor was not representative of any value whatsoever. The overreaching greed of this company was quite evident along with a complete disregard of fairness for the service provided. If you are thinking about hiring this company, think twice, do a little research and install it yourself or locate some talented handyman to accomplish the task. I strongly believe the most ethical to have done is charge a rate according to the services hourly rate and break it down to the actual time it took to do the job. The service technician installed the $149.95 timer in 5 minutes. I was charged a $99.95 trip charge & an additional $90.00 for labor. Total labor listed on the final bill was $$189.95. The state tax was $13.12 for a grand total of $353.02 I most definitely would not use their service again.

Mr. Pham service was punctual, professional and precise. After reading all the great reviews on Angie's List, I gave LP Appliance Repair a call. He answers right away when I called at 8am. He agreed to be at my house in about 1/2 hour. Once he listened to the strange noise, he drained the standing water in the tub using a cup to scoop it out. He quickly tuned the machine on its side and deterred the motor pump was broken. He told me we didn't have to replace the entire motor just fix the pump. Within 30 minutes the machine was running good as new. Total time from call to completed repair less than 2 hours. I will definitely call LP Appliance Repair for any future needs!!

I couldn't have asked for better service. Called him yesterday afternoon, and by 9am today, my washing machine was running fine.

They are located in Fremont, so when we called for service (repair of MAYTAG WASHER), they did not have ANY tech to support Fremont. Maybe they do not serve Fremont, and the list should indicate that.

I called Sam on a Wednesday afternoon. I was having a problem with an old Maytag washing machine. It was making noise in the spin cycle. He was available and came out within the hour. He checked it out and found the cause of the problem. The bad news is the part is no longer available. His advise was to use the machine until it "dies". Probably another five years (I hope). I appreciate his honesty. He doubled checked the part and called the next day to confirm it was not available. I would definitely call Sam again when another appliance goes "belly up". Thank you Angies list for pointing me in the right direction.

My Maytag washer stopped spinning properly. Under the extended warranty contract, first another company came and said they couldn't fix it. Then A&B were called in, and they handled the repair with a minimum of fuss and maximum of professionalism. It took several visits because the parts that were shipped were defective, but through it all the dispatcher kept me informed and the repair people were punctual - even early - and knew what they were doing.

It is working great. Paul guarantees the service call price for 30 days, so if he had needed to come back to do further repairs, I wouldn't have had to pay the service call price. This is important because knowing that cost was a big concern for me, he did only what he thought was needed. He also passed on some good tips about large appliances. He even took a quick peek at my broken dishwasher while he was here but didn't do any work on that. I highly recommend West Coast Repair.

I phone the company and the person answering the phone was accommodating, a bit gruff, but was helpful enought to work with me on a timeframe that the repair person could come out. We compared schedules and I was thrilled to hear that they could have someone out to my home at 7:30 a.m. the next morning! I didn't have to be late for work. He showed up the next day at 7:30 a.m., right on time. Took off the front of the machine, diagnosed the problem and made his recommendation in about 30 minutes. He was very honest and thorough. He explained what was wrong and that the repair would be about $500 and that the machine was not worth it. I was very thankful for his honesty. I just bought a new LG front end loader on line for $539! Why spend the money on an old machine was good advice!

I had such a good experience with RO Appliance Repair Co. I called and they were able to make me an appointment for the next day. I got a phone call from the repairman, Lorenzo, at 3:45 saying he was on his way and would be there in 5-10 minutes. He Lorenzo showed up on time and was able to fix the washing machine. I will be using RO Appliance Repair Co. for all my appliance repairs from now on and I'll be requesting Lorenzo. I had called Sears but was told they couldn't get a repairman out for two weeks. I'm glad I called RO Appliance Repair Co.

My Maytag washing machine was under warranty, and this company has a contract with them. Let me first say, I do not write reviews, no matter how negative the experience is. I am doing so to save people the many frustrations I experienced with this unprofessional company. Do not use them. Ask Maytag to find another company. It took three technicians to try to fix the problem, and it was never fixed. The first technician was gruff and surly, and broke the washing basket while trying to replace, making a loud cracking sound. He also forgot a part on another visit, forcing me to reschedule. It put my washing out of commission for more a week, forcing me to go to a laundrrmat. This guy then ordered the wrong sized basket. Another guy hooked up the hoses wrong, so when I wanted cold water, I got hot water. It was a comedy of errors. The support staff was also unprofessional and refused to compensate me for the cost of going to a laundrymat. I would say this company made 10-12 appointments with me. I thought the problem was fixed, but it resurfaced several months later. I had Maytag contact Lake Appliances in Sacramento, and they were much more professional and competent. In short, do not use this company. Two of their technicians are incompetent.

When I called for repair service, I was unable to be at home that day or the following morning which was perfect for Dennis' schedule; he was free to come the next afternoon right after lunch. The next day, shortly before he was scheduled to come out, he telephoned to say that he would be here in about 15 minutes, and he was right on time! When he looked at the washer and the location of the leak, he told me exactly the parts which were causing the leak and would need to be replaced. I don't recall the names, but they were in the center of the machine under the tub. See the details about price and time. When I said to "Go ahead," Dennis went out to his truck for the two parts and went right to work. He didn't mind at all that I stood outside the laundry room door and watched, and told me what he was doing all the way along. He proceeded to remove parts and the tubs (outer and inner) expertly, as if he did it every day, and got down to the parts needing to be replaced. I was totally impressed with the way that he knew where to put a little soap on a part to make it operate smoothly or go on well... how he knew exactly what to do when all the way along, and how he tested it well after the washer was all back together again. It works wonderfully again, and I'm thrilled that we didn't have to go out and buy a new washer! Dennis also noted some stains on the inside of the outer panels and told me that I had been using too much bleach. He recommended using laundry detergent with bleach included, or using no bleach, and then the washer should continue operating for many more years. We are hoping that the washer does continue to operate well, but if there is ever a problem again way in the future, I would call Dennis immediately. He knows his appliances and how to make them work well again. I have already recommended his Blossom Hill Appliance Service to a friend with a dishwasher problem, and Dennis fixed the problem perfectly.
