Best Sprinkler Service & Installation Near San Francisco

Inspection of sprinkler and controls; Installation of valve and water line were completed in a timely manner. Owner was easy to talk with and explained jobs. Later that fall noticed the backyard sprinkler heads had water around numerous sprinkler heads. That spring water was continuously around the sprinkler heads. Notice my water bill was higher then normal. I came to the conclusion that the valve installed to open & close water off from back yard was not working correctly. The valve has been in the off position since last fall but water continued to come out of the back yard sprinklers.

Sprinkler system would not shut fully shut off. Martin replaced the sprinkler value at a reasonable rate. Very polite and considerate.

its good but the sprinklers system are working better. But Some of them are broken. The auto settings for sprinklers are not able to fix by him.

Excellent knowledge of how the sprinklers worked and how they needed to be tuned up. He ran the sprinklers and tuned them up while they were running so he could see exactly how the water flowed after he tuned them. He also reprogramed the sprinkler control after we discussed what setting I wanted and what he recommended for the current season. Excellent communication skills.

It went very well. It was on time and budget. The crew worked hard. One sprinkler was leaking a couple weeks afterward and they came and fixed it asap.

They identified the problems, changed a few valves, changed some sprinkler heads, fixed a broken sprinkler, fixed some drip lines and reprogrammed my sprinkler system. They started on the job right away, they came back when they said they would, worked quickly, knew what they were doing, got the job done and the price was fair! I would call them back if I needed help again!

They came quite promptly after the phone call. The gentleman was extremely professional and diagnosed the maintenance that needed to be done. They were great. He sent his people out the very next day and they worked very efficiently. Everything is working to my satisfaction. We are not wasting water anymore.

Called for service and they were able to squeeze me in between jobs. They arrived at the property within an hour of my call. Much appreciated since I only had a few days to get the work done. I didn't get any other quotes so I'm not sure of the price competitiveness, but I by their professionalism, and concern for my time requirements, I have confidence the price was fair. I will definitely use Bay Area Sprinkler Repair in the future.

He was a nice man, but I thought he would've changed out a sprinkler head. He gave me an estimate to do lot of work which was expensive. I don't think he did a tune-up because the same 3 sprinkler heads were still broken after he left.

He had dug around the leaking area and checked the water meter and all sprinkler pipes. Robert was very professional and prompt. Will have him redo my sprinkler after I replant the area. He was right, I did have a main water pipe leak! Thanks Robert!

Went great. I needed existing sprinklers repaired (both drip and conventional sprinklers) as well as upgrading of drip system and improvement recommendations. Also ended up purchasing a new timer that is much easier to use. I couldn't be more pleased.

Very professional - installed a new sprinkler system. The team was very hard working and completed the job very quickly.

We needed to have our sprinklers fixed and I didn't have any recommendations for someone. I had no idea what was going on with them because they weren't really working well. I did not have a specific request, I just wanted them to come and take a look at them. They gave us some advice on how to make them work better. They were able to come right away and they just did a fabulous job. They gave us some suggestions on what to do with the sprinklers and even beyond that. They really went above and beyond what they needed to do.

It went very well. Owner went the extra mile to check under the house for water because an irrigation specialist had come out the day previous and told me that I needed to have a french drain installed to divert the water from going under the house--$13,000 estimate. I was told that everything was fine under the house and I did not need the service. (Actually, Affordable installs french drains--and they could have made a bid for the service.) Saved me a bundle of cash.

They communicated well, provided good service, and fixed broken elements of the sprinkler system. Overall, very good work.
