We are very satisfied with the work Bay Remodels did with our home. They made a big interior renovation of our house (kitchen, bathrooms, staircase and bedrooms) and also some exterior and landscaping work. We recently completed a significant renovation to our house, including an overhaul of our kitchen and two bathrooms. SOD Home Group did a superb job ensuring this renovation was completed quickly, safely and beautifully with the highest standards possible. Oren, who is unflappable, an excellent communicator, led the renovation and pays great attention to detail. He should honestly teach a course on time management cause the guy knows how to very juggle several projects without missing a beat. We were overwhelmed with the prospects of the renovation, but Oren allayed all fears and led a great team of professionals to make the renovation a success, and it was completed fairly quickly given the size and extent of renovation. Oren and his team’s wealth of experience came handy in tackling our bathrooms that are smaller. One bathroom was really dark and felt closed in. Oren suggested adding a sky tunnel, something that we never would have considered possible, and initially decided against. However, we changed our minds, and we were so glad we did! The sky tunnel made a tremendous difference, opening up the lighting in the bathroom. I sit this as an example of how the team never pressured us to add on extra costs but would work together to find excellent solutions that were reasonable. Oren would lay out all options and explain the context behind each, but always defer to us without pressure on what decision to make. We really appreciated that as any renovation, particularly with an older house, is bound to have issues come up. It also showed Oren’s flexibility since we initially waved off the suggestion, but then later came around to it. We could write several more paragraphs regarding how incredible the entire SOD Home Group team is and cannot stress enough how grateful we are to all of them for making this a stress free effort. We look forward to working with Oren and the rest of his team again when we opt to renovate other parts of our house in the future.

We had a wonderful experience working with Bay Remodels to renovate our home. The project consisted of substantial changes to the floor plan which included creating a master suite with brand new bathroom and walk in closet, adding a guest bedroom & bath, adding a laundry room, updating a kitchen and building new deck. We changed flooring, changed doors and windows, etc. It was an extensive renovation and Arsen and his team did a wonderful job. Not only did they finish on time and on budget, but they were fantastic to work with. They were constantly in communication with us and every day someone was working at the house. We had been saving for this bathroom renovation for quite a while and our budget was large, so we had high standards and wanted a company that could build us a luxury spa-like bathroom. Our bathroom-remodeling project included installing a walk in shower with glass doors, a double slipper bath and a marble floor. The company helped us with the design, which included a large customized Jack and Jill vanity. We needed a company that could take care of permits and paperwork, as we did not have the time or patience to deal with it ourselves. We decided to remodel our house completely and Argos Construction was the company we choose to do the work for us. Viktor said that the work will take approximately three to four months and the way it came out. He has the best crew which are detailed oriented. The workers were courteous and respectful. Each day the men worked quickly and cleaned up before leaving. Argos Construction did a wonderful job with our remodeling. His fees are reasonable and he does not change them on you like others do. If I could use three words to describe this company they would be honest, respectful, and quality. Now we have really a new home, thanks to Argos Construction. We needed remodeling on our house, particularly with the kitchen and bathroom as they were extremely outdated. AE did an excellent job completely redoing both rooms so they had a more modern look. The lead contractor was quick providing us an estimate and went straight to work with his crew on our house. Evolve Construction completed a full remodel of our kitchen and family room in January. We are very pleased with all aspects of this work. The team's attention to detail is fantastic, their work is very professional and they are pleasant to have in your home every day for weeks! The project was completed on budget and on time. It looks absolutely beautiful and our end result is better than I could have imagined. Because of their experience, they were able to advise on design decisions. Evolve took our empty space and designed a layout that opens the space up and allows for comfortable traffic flow. When I had my interior designer friend review Evolve's layout, she had no corrections because it was so well done! I highly recommend this reputable, honest, hard-working, and professional company. We will definitely be using them again and will be referring our friends to them!

We had ADH do the following renovation for us: new kitchen with cambria quartz countertops and Timberlake white cabinets, install new high-end laminate floors in the entire home, install new stone tiles in the fireplace, install new tiles in the laundry room, paint both interior and exterior of the home. ADH estimated that the entire project will take 4-6 weeks. The home was completed exactly 6 weeks to do minor touch ups. I believe it would have been sooner had it not been for the christmas holiday and the rain that we experienced, since we were also having the exterior paint done. I like it that they did not force to paint the exterior of the home when it was raining. We have been looking for a contractor to renovate our home, and after doing our research, we decided to go with ADH. Vlad Kalpakchi came to our home, and we told him what we wanted to do. Vlad was very easy to talk and work with. He was honest, and he gave us our options and a quote to renovate our home. Once we agreed on the quote, we went to their showroom in Sacramento, so we can pick the quartz top, the cabinets, and the floor type that we wanted. Going to their showroom was much better that just someone showing you some small samples. Their showroom gave you a better idea on how a certain quartz counterop will look like, as well as the cabinets, etc. Vlad worked with our schedule to go to their showroom. The only time I had available was Sunday afternoon, and he obliged by meeting us that day at their showroom. He was very accomodating with our schedule to meet with him. Once we picked all the materials we wanted, we paid the deposit, and after week (I think), Vlad came back to our home and showed us the layout that he designed for our kitchen. Once that was settled, we gave him a check for the materials, and everything went into motion, i.e. the quartz countertops and cabinets were ordered from the manufacturer, and was customized for our home. It is important for us to mention that there were no surprises on the cost. Vlad quoted us exactly what it will cost us to renovate our home. We had some additional cost, but we knew about that beforehand, so there were no surprises. This was very important to because we knew exactly how much we needed to budget for our home renovation. Once everything was ordered and ready, we met with the foreman, Alex Tsukayev. Alex is very easy to talk to, and work with as well. We met Alex before the renovation started. He scoped our home for the work that needed to be done, and assured us that everything will be fine. Alex kept his word. We were blessed to have Alex lead the renovation of our home. His son, Eric was also part of the renovation team! It is great to see a family work together. This shows a commitment and love for what they do. Alex worked hard, and he had integrity in both his work and his word. We really appreciated this! There were days when they stayed until evening to do whatever they had to do. Alex even worked christmas eve and new year's eve. During the renovation, my family and I were staying in a nearby hotel, because they basically gutted our home to do the renovation. Alex, told us that we should be able to go back home before year's end. He kept his word! Even though there were still some minor work to be done, we were able to go back home and spend the new year in our own home. Alex and his team did a top-notch job in renovating our home. They are true professionals who are very skilled with their craft. One thing I really like about ADH, Vlad, and Alex, is that they are very easy to talk to. If we had concerns, or issues, they were addressed immediately. And they had integrity! Integrity is very important to us. After the renovation, we are very happy with the results! The result of their work is truly top-notch quality. We love our new kitchen, the fireplace, the floors, the paint etc! We are truly blessed to have our home be renovated by a quality team in ADH.
