I requested the quote over the weekend through Angie's List. They were closed at the time, but I received an email a few hours later telling me they would contact me Monday. On Monday I spoke to a representative. He came out to the house on Tuesday morning, quoted me the rate in the morning, and had his team out there making the fix a couple hours later in the day. The requested fix was for one small portion of the gutter on one edge of the house, but his team walked the entire house and fixed a number of small areas around the roof. The work was done quickly, professionally, and at a fair rate. We are very satisfied.

Gates Management eventually told me if there was any more lifting from the wind, I would need to pay for repair. This was my first experience working with roof repairs. We were required to fix the roof that was lifting as per the FAIR plan and they refused to renew the insurance unless the repair is done. Having bought this house less than a year, I don't have much cash in hand. I called many contractors in the area but many were fully booked or wanted to put a new roof straight. Even, I had encounters with some contractors that said it's impossible to fix the roof. Edwin knew exactly how to tackle the problem, and was able to repair our falling fence at the same time, saving us from having to use two separate companies. It went very well. They came on time, gave a competitive estimate, and did the job well. When there were some areas in the roof deck that needed repair, they did the repairs at no additional charge. There was a small miscommunication about which gutters were to get gutter-screens, but when I pointed out that some of them were missing, they came back right away and fixed it. The crew was courteous, and cleaned up the job site daily. I'm very happy with the work they did.

Pros: 1) I'm extremely happy with their professionalism and their ability to address the issues required to fix my problem. 2) So far, the roof repair looks extremely well done. It addressed the immediate issue and also mitigated poor work performed by a previous roofer. It hasn't rained heavily since the repair was completed, so am not certain the repair is completely effective. Concerns: 1) Not a big concern, espcially since they schedule roof repairs around other complete roof jobs and because they were extremely busy, it was initially hard to get them out here to perform the work. But after talking to them a couple times, they fit the repair work in pretty quick. 2) They workers that did the work left roof debris in my yard, which I had to clean up. Not a lot of debris, but enough that it prompted me to write this.

Had Mr Fix it Handyman Services and Construction come and do some minor work around the house. I was very pleased with the gentleman that came to do the work. He was very cooperative and pleasant. I supplied the materials needed for the work performed. He replaced exterior trim on large window above my garage, installed gutter guards and repaired some boards in the fence that had come off. The price was more than fair for what I paid. I had estimate from someone else for the trim and it was $200.00. I do believe I got a great deal With the Big Deal Purchase.

After calling several other gutter companies and receiving no responses for a week, we finally tried Guardian and were thankful we did. Ross Johnson returned my husband's call within hours, came out as scheduled, and cleaned and repaired gutters at our home, and the nearby home of our elderly uncle. Even better, the price was quite reasonable. Ross also took the time to identify and fix a few minor problems with our roof tiles. We highly recommend him.

I initially hired CR Gutters to clean my gutters in my split-level home here in Fremont, and also to fix one leaky seam. Chris and Toby arrived promptly at the agreed time, and were very professional and clearly take pride in their work. Overall experience was very good. Called Jose and setup an appointment for the next day. He showed up on time and inspected the roof very carefully. He emailed me the quote that day night and I called him next day morning and reviewed the quote with him and he clarified my questions, I accepted the offer. The quote was very reasonable compared to other quotes I got from other companies. Jose and his crew showed up on time on the scheduled day, started the work. It took 3 days to finish the work. As per the offer, they said they found leaks in 4 places, so they would fix them. But when they started working, they found couple of other leaks, but they fixed all of them. After the work was done, he showed me all the work and explained to me what they did. He also found missing insulation at some places in the ceiling. He offered help to fix it. Jose and his other team member came back and fixed the missing insulation when I told them that I've the insulation material ready for them to install. I was very pleased with his service. Very clear description of the work and prompt response to phone calls, showed up on time. Very pleasant to work with. Highly recommended.

We interviewed them and we ended up using them. The job went great. Our roof was in a bad condition and everyone that we interviewed realized that because it was buried under 8 layers of previous roof. They said that they had never run across that many layers, but they did the job for the same money. They all stayed there on the roof. It was difficult to replace a little section on the porch. It was extra work for them, but they did it and it was great. I chose them because they were close and their prices were very reasonable. I also chose them based on the recommendation I got online. The roof hasn?t leaked so their quality has been great. The owner came to my house after the work was done to have a look and he was really happy. They were always here on time. They seemed great. I have recommended them to several people and I would definitely use their services in the future too.

Everything went according to plan, and Rolando and his crew were professional and kept me informed as the day went by. Everyone was pleasant to work with. We have a few minor adjustments which will be made In early January, and I have no doubt they will be done. I must say that when I put my name on Angi's list he called almost immediately and was out here that day. This was not the case with some other companies. In all, I would highly recommend him for any work others want done. I wish all men were as professional as Rolando is.

Joey is awesome- we first used him when we needed a patio cover re-done and gutters all over the house. His detail and quality are impeccable, way more intricate than i have seen on other jobs like ours. The second, was we had a tree fall and a limb put a large hole in our roof. When we called, knowing that everyone is swamped with business, he showed up 2 days later and instead of patching the roof as we discussed, he went ahead and repaired the entire roof all that day. We couldn't ask for more!
