We have used Baker Bro’s twice within 2 years for our sectional and area rug. We are very happy with their services as pricing is very fair. As a special for the holidays they allowed did not charge for our ottoman and area rug. Super great people, you can definitely tell it’s a family owned business by how much they care.

Fernando was very friendly and attentive to my needs and worked around my schedule. His work was great and was able to remove very difficult stains that were both in my carpet as well as my couch. We needed someone to come in to clean upholstery and rugs in my 99 year old grandmother's house. We were looking for someone who could do this with as little disruption as possible, and with as few chemicals as possible. I did the research here on Angie's List and passed the info on to family members who lived closer and could be there for the cleaning. The couch and the three chairs were all cleaned out on the patio to take advantage of solar drying power. While the chairs and couch were outside, my grandmother agreed to have the large area carpet in the living room cleaned. We were able to add in the entry way, as the upstairs toilet had run over in April and onto the carpet just outside the bathroom door. And we were able to add in the stairway and the "traffic path" from the living room into the kitchen. The couch and much of the wall to wall carpeting in the areas I've mentioned are very worn and the cleaning cannot improve this, but the carpets and furniture are cleaner now. Thanks for your research on the Naturelle Carpet Cleaning service. They were as good as could be expected given the situation. The manager, whom I spoke with at length about the situation, first said he would not be on the job, but was there when I arrived. He and his worker were very respectful and did most of the noisy work out on the patio. I needed to go to my office before the job was complete, but the careworker said everything promised was done when they left.

I've been calling on Gus, THE Carpet Wizard, for my carpets for 3 years. He is always friendly, helps me move furniture if necessary, and gets the stains to disappear for a good amount of time. Carpets came out nice although missed a couple of tiny stained spots. The furniture cleaning was done with steam and I thought they were way to wet. It took some fans and heat to get them dry but they came out good.

He was pretty thorough in the cleaning and explained what they were doing. They gave me some tips in keeping the carpets cleaned so I thought that was pretty good.

Gus came by and gave us an estimate. We had everything done: the wall to wall carpeting, individual silk and wool carpets, sofa upholstery, and grout removal in 3 bathrooms and a kitchen. He and one of his staff worked extremely hard while they were here. The house looked great after they were done. We had him come back and do more individual carpets after his first visit. I would definitely use him any time we have carpet cleaning to do.

They were great. They were prompt and very conscientious. They got fans so that it would all dry. They were responsible and really careful about everything. The stuff they use didn't seem to have terrible chemical odor or anything like that so it was very pleasant. It was excellent. They got a lot of spots out.

It was a fair price. They didn’t try to upsell me. They did let me know what else they could do, but they weren’t pushy. They were on time and they did a good job.

He is great. I have used him multiple times. He was a referral from my interior designer. The 3 area rugs and spots probably cost $150.00 which was really low. He was very reasonable, very hard working, and friendly. As far as I remember, he was punctual. He is a great referral and I plan to use him again in the future.

Furniture had stains from moving and Carlos was able to get them all out as well as deep clean my carpet. Very detail oriented and friendly. Very happy with his work and results.

We had Doctor Clean come out to clean several pieces of furniture, steam clean some tile and clean wall-to-wall carpets in most rooms in our house. Our carpet is twenty years old and although we have it professionally cleaned fairly regularly it has a number of stains and was looking awful. This is the first time we used Doctor Clean and he did a marvelous job. Our carpet looked like new and now, a month later, the stains have not resurfaced. One of the chairs he cleaned was almost a lost cause before he got to work on it. One of the cats had peed on it and although I had used an enzyme cleaner the chair was not usable and I was keeping it under the house, thinking I might have to throw it out. Now it is clean and has no odor. This was a piece of furniture I had inherited from my aunt and I really didn't want to have to trash it, so I am grateful to Doctor Clean for saving it. Doctor Clean worked hard and nonstop on all these tasks. He was friendly and professional and the results were far superior to those of the service we used to use. We will certainly hire him in the future.
