We called Dalcon Electric when a car struck a power line outside of our building and knocked out the electricity to our building. They were quick to respond in an emergency, courteous and professional. They helped us get our business back on track in a pinch. Then, we hired Dalcon to replace all 53 outdated outlets in our building. Dave and his crew (Jack and Billy) completed this efficiently and with minimal disruption to our business. When we needed to install emergency exit signs, Dalcon provided by far, the best quote for the work to be done compared to many other handymen we had considered. Jack and Billy installed our emergency signs and cleaned up the area where they had worked leaving it just as, if not better than, how they found it. Everyone at Dalcon is courteous, prompt and responsive. Dave, the owner, came in person to our office to discuss each project to be done. Scheduling these projects was a breeze, Sarah and Suzanne in the office were very responsive and made sure our concerns were addressed. We scheduled the projects out over time, but when a sooner date became available, someone from Dalcon would call and ask if that time would work for us so we could have our projects completed sooner. We would definitely work with Dalcon Electric again.

I messaged them at 5:30am on a Sunday with an emergency, and Haik was here by 6:30. Now that's service. He was professional and efficient and didn't charge me too much since I was close by. Will definitely use him again!

Called Emmett late in the day and he agreed to come over that evening. Part of the house was without power. Emmett diagnosed a dangerous failure of an outlet hidden behind bookshelves that was actually sparking. He replaced it. Very quick, efficient, and professional.

Carlos was very responsive and called back immediately vs other handymen services high rated in Angie's list that don't call back unless your job is practically a remodel. Carlos got me out of an emergency where I needed him to come and fix a light fixture in my garage that was falling down almost on my car. He also made sure to stabilize the other fixture. In addition I had him do other smaller jobs around my house like fixing leaks in my showers, fixing my door frames so that the doors closed properly etc. these were things that annoyed me on a daily basis that he fixed and he charged me a very reasonable rate to fix these things after he fixed the lighting fixture. I got quotes from others on similar type projects where they wanted at least $1500 for a job before they even came out which was not what I needed. Thanks Carlos for coming on Sat for my emergency.

Alberto was great. Not only was he the only handyman to answer the phone promptly on a Sunday, but he was prompt in his follow up communication, arrived on time as promised and did a professional job. He was very cordial and comfortable to work with. I would highly recommend him.

I am a landlord of an Edwardian apartment building and I had tenants call me at 7:15 am saying that one of their four circuits had blown and would not turn back on. I made a panicked call at 8:00am when James Frost indicates their hours start and left a message. Ten minutes later Josh called me back. Josh gave me a recommendation that might fix my problem [he said it could be that there was a fuse passed the circuit breaker that blew and it would be worth it check that] as had another appointment that morning and said depending on how that went might be able to see me around midday. Fifteen minutes later he called me again and said that they were able to put off the other job until later and that they could see me first as the other was not as pressing. I was really grateful as the circuit that was blown was feeding the apartment's refrigerator and 1/3 of the apartment [yeah very funky old wiring] and we really could not live without it for long. At that point Josh told me it would be $225 for the first hour of two licensed electricians, then $200 an hour after that -- totally reasonable as far as I was concerned. He also said it is very unusual for a job to take more than a couple hours if it is just a repair, but if it turned into something more we would discuss that as necessary. By 9:15 James and Josh were at my place and sluthing the breaker problem. They were thorough and careful and unplugged everything we could find off the blown circuit. Within 1/2 hour it was confirmed it was the circuit breaker itself that was bad, they replaced it and were finished. $225 for the one hour visit, $40 for the new breaker installed. One hour and all done. Happy tenants, happy landlord. :D P.S. I also picked their brains about the process for upgrading the electrical in the apartment and really appreciated how straight they both were about strategies and what might be involved. When it comes time I will definitely be calling them to do the work.

This was an emergency repair and he came out that same day to look at it. He came back the next day and fixed it; it was a complicated thing. I was impressed. Every time I called to check on things he answered the phone and he followed up with me to make sure everything went well with the city inspector. He was very accessible, he was honest, and the price was reasonable. He didn?t charge any extra for coming out on an emergency basis.

THEY WERE POLITE AND COURTEOUS. THEY LISTENED TO WHAT I NEEDED AND VERIFIED WITH ME BEFORE STARTING THE WORK. THE EMERGENCY REPAIR PROBABLY SAVED MY HOUSE FROM A POTENTIAL FIRE.

He was a really good guy. I didn't have any problems at all. The job was fine. I would recommend him and he was good. The other guy didn't show up and it was an emergency job.

I purchased a Big Deal and they were very responsive. They came with two people to provide the services and I have them saved as an emergency contact for future services.

Tom was very responsive, though he was very busy the day before the "big storm" in Palo Alto. He understood this was an emergency and came by to fix my generator.

Brian Kelly was the only responder of several calls I made to Angie's list electricians who offered 24 hr availability. He showed up in less than an hour to find the cause of my kitchen/refrigerator power outage. He was a Danville local and charged me a very reasonable service call. I have already used him again and recommended him to friends.

I called Got Watts electric because I had experience using them before for electrical work when they did a great job. When I explained the problem, they understood the urgency, and even thought their routine appointments were booked out for two weeks, they found a way to reshuffle staff and get a great tech, Chris, out the next day. He promptly figured out the problem and replaced the main breaker. Thanks Got Watts for assuring my safety in my home.

It went very well they were very quick and did all repairs and additions all with in 2 days. the guys were great and cleaned up you would not have known they had even done work. However they still have not had the work inspected by the county and this work was done in March

We were having an emergent issue with our electrical. Tom came out and immediately identified it and gave me an honest and clear opinion of the work. I appreciated his frankness. Exceptional service! I never even call anyone else. They respond to emergencies, and they explain all of your options in a clear manner. They're responsive and punctual, and I wouldn't think about using anyone else. If they're ever running late, they call and let you know.

I called John, left a message and he called me back in thirty minutes. If it were an emergency, he said would call back in five minutes. He always shows up on time and he s professional. I've used him for different things. He is an honest person and I would recommend him.

My experience with them was okay and I felt his prices were quite high. They are a very small company and use an answering machine. I wouldn't recommend them for any emergency work but they could be used for any work planned in advance.
