We bought the coupon to troubleshoot and repair one electrical issue. We just bought a new home and the outlet the sprinkler system is connected to was not working. Valley Heating & Cooling came out and determined that the outlet was not hooked up to anything! So the guy climbed underneath the house and hooked up an electrical line as well as several of the other outlets outside that weren't working. He was on-time, efficient, and fixed the problem. We would definitely call Valley again.

At one point, it looked like we were going to have to cut through the wood paneling on the other side of the wall - Something I wanted to avoid. By talking the issue through we were able to get the repair done without any cutting of paneling or granite. Glad the repairman was willing to work with me.

Seth is fantastic! He showed up on time and went right to work diagnosing my electrical issue. He asked very detailed questions to determine what steps were necessary. After testing my entire electrical system, Seth showed that I had a damaged GFCI. Seth replaced the outlet and cleaned up everything very nicely. Seth also let me know that if I still had any issues with my electrical system after this repair, he would come back at no charge. WOW, that's what I call service!! I was very impressed with his professionalism and will be recommending him to everyone I know, that needs a true expert electrician.

A circuit breaker in a relatively new circuit box (installed by someone else) appeared to be broken, in any case, I couldn't successfully re-set it. I called John on Sunday and he was able to come out within 30 minutes. He found the problem right away, which was a slight short within the circuit box itself. He fixed that with no problem. The charge was a bit high but it was completely worth it to me just to have someone fix this on a Sunday. It would have been awkward for me to have to wait a day to have it fixed, not to mention staying home from work to let someone in.

Fantastic! We hired Nasr Electric to replace our ancient 150 Amp breaker panel with a new Eaton 200 Amp panel (along with a new service cable, new ground electrodes, and a new water ground connection); run 4 new dedicated lines (for an EV charger, the refrigerator outlet, and new GFI outlets for our bathroom and outside deck), and install an outdoor EV charger. Joseph pulled the required permits prior to the job, and he and his crew arrived on schedule and completed all of the work in one day. They were all very friendly, respectful, and professional. Joseph answered all of my questions, and the work site was left in pristine condition. The price for job was very reasonable -- much much less than the first electrician I contacted, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I highly recommend Nasr electric. They do outstanding work at very reasonable prices!

He actually had to come out and fix what another company had done wrong. I trusted him very much and he seemed to be a great guy. I was very pleased with the work. Of course, I was upset I had to pay for something someone else had done wrong.
