We had Quick Electric out today for a whole house electrical inspection. Two men came, one inspecting, the other making the notes. The men were punctual, courteous, and professional. They were thorough in their inspection. Although their inspection showed major issues, which we unfortunately expected, we can't kill the messenger. We would use Quick Electric again. Their responsiveness and flexibility were most appreciated.

Very good. Inspection revealed poor workmanship by the original installer and potential fire hazard. Inspection also revealed fuse box issues that will need to be addressed later. Christopher was heplful and professional.

They came out and checked the system and provided the inspection report. The inspection itself was great and they were thorough. They were supposed to send me follow-up pricing.

The inspection went very well. They were very curteous and professional. I asked them to remove their shoes to inspect our upstairs bedrooms and bath rooms, and they removed their shoes !

Promptly came out to inspect the premise, and provided an estimate. We easily negotiated a final scope of work, and work began on time. There was about a one-week delay waiting for inspections, but otherwise the project finished on time and on budget. The contractor showed excellent flexibility as the requirements evolved, and really tried to meet my needs.

Fantastic! John helped diagnose the problem over the phone, somehow found the parts needed, and then came to my home and fixed the problem all within a couple of hours. Could not be happier with the service!

Mike (Mircea) and his crew did an excellent job in upgrading the electrical and the installation of the new switches and outlets. They did the demolition & clean-up of the walls that were necessary to run the new electrical wiring for the outlets, switches, and ceiling lights. There was a long lag between the rough installation of electrical which passed the initially inspection to when it was ready for the final inspection due to delays not related to the electrical work. Once it was ready for the final inspection he scheduled finishing the electrical work in a very reasonable time frame. He is an excellent electrician, he and his crew are nice to work with and made sure the work that was done would pass inspection.

The electrician arrived on time and efficiently inspected electrical system in home and another building on the property. He was courteous and gave advice; however, Angie's special deal said that a written report would be given which did not happen; however, he gave me a verbal report-electrical system in home is up to date and functioning well.

Alley Electric was prompt and started the job on time. Having the new panel and connections completed on the first day. Day 2 was getting the inspection completed and the panel/drywall areas closed up. An issue came up regarding the scheduled inspection when the city claimed they did not have an appointment for it even though it was made at the same time when the permit was issued. But, Alley called the city and pushed to make sure someone came out that day and did the inspection.

The inspection went well. He was very thorough, and very responsive to the questions we had, and made recommendations for improvements. He later emailed a complete summary of the inspection along with a bid for making the suggested changes. We felt he was very credible but elected to have other work done [replacement of the interior sub-panel in the house] before proceeding with work suggested as part of this inspection. Alley Electric will be doing that panel replacement.

Seth is on-time, knowledgeble. Actually, i will say no complaint on that inspection day. However, the after- inspection following up is horrible, now is almost 3 weeks after the inspection. And, i have not received the inspection report yet. I contacted Seth several times asking about the report status. but, never got a definitive answer or feed back about the report.

I purchased a Big Deal for a circuit board labeling and inspection. He was very thorough and explained everything well, he really knows the business. While he was inspecting a wall outlet caught on fire. They are coming back out to do some more work soon. I recommend them to anybody.

After a few tries to contact them, and with Angie's List intervening, I finally got the home inspection I paid for months ago. The electricians who came over were punctual and friendly. Gave me the inspection and then performed some work installing GFCI's in some rooms.

Originally I purchased an electrical inspection through Angie's List, which was a special being offered by Switched Electric. Seth came to the house when scheduled, and performed the inspection, and reviewed everything with me, including his recommendations on what I should focus on and which aspects were low priority. Seth provided detailed estimates for all of the items that the inspection determined did not meet code, and I selected the two projects that were most important to me. We then scheduled the work, and he and an employee of his performed the work as scheduled, and scheduled the inspection. Seth was very pleasant to work with, and very professional. His use of technology impressed me, especially his use of his ipad for the inspection, such as taking pictures of each item that was not up to code, which he then used in a report that detailed each item, which he emailed to me for my records. His quotes for work were thorough and detailed. He was flexible in timing and showed up when promised, and the work was completed in less time than he originally estimated, and everything was cleaned up after work was completed each day. The city inspection went very smoothly.

Everyone was responsive and professional, on time, and timely. Only concern was that the initial inspection of the problem was very expensive for the 1/2 hr time it took.

Arrived on time with tools on hand. Introduced himself and described the work involved and the approx. time rerquired. Took over one hour and during that time involved me in the inspection, pointed out items and answered all my questions. Also took the time to give me two quotes on small jobs I needed done. Never appeared in a hurry to leave. Jeremy Carlock was at all times polite, attentive to my questions, s pleasure to work with.

Quick Electric was quick in replying my email. I was able to get an appt within a couple of days. Razvan called when they were on their way and arrived on time. They did the walk thru and made various suggestions to keep my home safe, i.e. GFIC outlet next to my stove and area by the washer/dryer, in addition to some bonding work by the water heater. They also noted that I needed a bubble cover over a GFIC outlet outside my patio. I was very happy with their professionalism and would use them again.

Jeff of JLewis Electric responded to my initial inquiry within a few hours. On the day of the appointment he updated me on his arrival time. When he arrived he quickly assessed the problem and fixed it within a half hour. He was very clear about his hourly rate before starting on the work and the final charge was quite reasonable. I recommend him to those who need electrical work. Jeff is a very personable guy and I would definitely call on him again.

Two men came on time and were in uniform. Both were pleasant and efficient. Explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Yes, I will use them again.
