Even fixed the seal on my refrigerator while waiting for the dishwasher to cycle through to make sure it was fixed. Offered to work on anything else while he waited for the dishwasher to cycle. Offered advice on dishwasher detergent, use of the dishwasher, and the electric starter on my gas stove. Very personable, obviously enjoys his work and enjoys helping people. The experience having him fix the dishwasher was a very positive experience contrary to my experience with most repair people. Will recommend him to all my friends.

Worked good while repairman still here but broke immediately after he left so I immediately phoned and he returned and refixed, showing me that one of the new parts (plastic made in China) had broken, and he replaced one of the old parts. Prior to again running dishwasher, the bottom of dishwasher filled with water which leaked to kitchen floor. I bailed out the water from the dishwasher, and under the sink turned off the water to the dishwasher. I am now washing dishes by hand and will get a new dishwasher when the COVID-19 turmoil is over.

Problem promptly solved. Johe cleaned out the discharge hose that runs from the dishwasher to the device on the rim of the sink, and another hose from the device on the rim of the sink to the disposal. There was nothing wrong with the dishwasher itself. He recommended throwing half a cup of vinegar into the dishwasher once a week or so to prevent plugging in the future. Johe was prompt, friendly, clean, knowledgeable, efficient, and well equipped with tools.

The dishwasher would not drain. I called LP yesterday, and he promptly came out today--right on time. He had the problem diagnosed in about 5 minutes, and had the repair finished in about 45 minutes. He also cleaned out the drain line from the dishwasher to the sink. He was very neat, using a towel in front of the dishwasher so as to not leave any water. A very pleasant person, and the price was right.

Found leak and cause. Replaced gasket, but leak continued. Cause turned out to be failure of drying fan motor. Unfortunately the motor is no longer made. Dishwasher was old and needs replacement. Technician was very good. He came out twice and charged only a single discounted service charge.
