My only recommendation is not to use this company because they are so far away but otherwise they were very good. The fact that they were so far away made it more time consuming. They are detail oriented and the crew was very diligent about their work. Communicating with them through the whole process was very easy. I would consider using them again but I would rather prefer someone closer.

I needed a custom cut mirror to install behind a small nook in our hallway. This is a small job, but Skip, the owner at Simmons, took the time to work with me and cut the mirror while I waited. He has many big commercial contracts, but took the time out of his busy schedule to help me with this small project. Then I went back and ordered two pieces of glass to put on top of tables. Skip is amazingly friendly and prompt and really knows his stuff. He keeps his cell phone with him so that he always answers, even when out on a job. Skip personifies the kind of service and customer first attitude that is so hard to come by lately. I love Skip and Simmons and will always go to him with any sort of glass project from now on!

They can do anything here! Nothing is out of the ordinary and they are a great source for all your glass and mirror needs. I've been going there for years, maybe once every several years I'll need something. They are friendly, a bit laid back and mostly seem to prefer to work with commercial accounts but that said, they can meet your needs for sure!

Randy did a major remodel of the bathroom at our business and it went from being suitable for use in a service station to restaurant-quality. He also created three conference rooms that are actually much nicer than any of the other rooms in the building. Very responsive to questions and made great recommendations along the way. Very high quality work.

Our properties (5 of them) have been using the services of Efficiency Window & Glass Replacement for around 3 years now and Kevin has been a great pleasure to work with. He is punctual, professional, reliable, and his work is of high quality. What more can you ask for? We have dealt with many different kinds of vendors and contractors, yet Kevin is one of the few who is consistently easy to work with and he always gets the job done right. He does not cut corners (no pun intended). Kevin has installed numerous double-pane sliding doors and windows on our property and the quality of the work is very consistent. With Efficiency Window, you can rest assured that they will get your job done professionally without any hassle that comes with so many other vendors.

From Bart, who did the estimate, to the 2 great guys who did the installation, everything went incredibly well. One of the windows was so large it had to be commercially built, and was initially made the wrong size (not Brother's fault). They got me a new one before Thanksgiving, which was really important to me. The windows all look great, and they are much nicer than my other vinyl windows. They also cost me $2k less than the other quote that I got. I will definitely use them if I replace any other windows! They were wonderful.

I cannot say enough positive things about this family run business. I have bought windows twice through them and both times have had a great experience. Price was good and they kept me updated on the manufacturer's delivery time by calling me a couple of times, even though there were no delays. Just an honest group of people, unlike the feeling you get with many businesses. Keep in mind that there is a little negotiation room with window prices. They moved the business from Sunnyvale to San Jose to expand the business, but all the same people are there.

It went very well. It was a pleasure to do business with DC Glass. I would highly recommend using them again and will tell my friends.

From day one until now-5 years later, Howard and his sons and other contracted workers were top notch, pleasant to work with. To this day when we call him with a problem, he sends his son over who fixes it( a door that would not close) and then never sends us a bill.I highly recommend Howard and his workers for outstanding workmanship, in spite of a very busy business. There were some lean years but business is booming again.

The job went well as usual. I give him the keys to my home as he is very trustworthy. Chuck is very professional and very busy which is a sign of an excellent contractor. I do let him know ahead of time, knowing his business is busy, allowing him time to squeeze me in. I am willing to wait for Majestic Builders to do my work if needed. This company has gone out of business and defrauded dozens of people of their 50% deposits for windows.

I'm a new member and this was my first Big Deal purchase, but I gotta say I'm not sure the Big Deals are all that good. I paid for the Big Deal, then never heard from the contractor. Angie's List pinged me a couple weeks after the purchase to ask if I had been contacted, to which I replied "no". A month after buying the Big Deal, I decided to call this company in question in order to schedule the install this spring. I clicked the company's website in the Angie's List receipt email, which took me to a website domain registry, not the company's website. Uh oh. I googled the company, looked at the Yelp review, which states "Window Fashion Pros is permanently closed". Uh oh uh oh uh oh. I called Angie's List to inform them of this, and to ask for a refund. Angie's List gets an "A" for offering a full refund, no questions asks, no hassles. So, I'm waiting for the refund and unless there's a problem getting it from Angie's List, this review is done.

They were too busy and couldn't give me a date within a month. Then I was too busy. Then their truck broke down when they were on the way here . Today, finally was the first time our schedules worked out. I thought Maureen was very professional. She came to see the situation before agreeing to take the job. The price was inflated because I had to set up the job through another service provider.
